Residences at 1717, Cleveland OH

This place is absolutely beautiful. But the bald guy in the leasing office appears to be judgemental, racist, rude, very condescending and unpleasant. I'm so glad I don't live in this building.

After living at 1717 for almost 4 years, I can't say enough wonderful things about the Residences at 1717. From the location, spacious floor plans, the office management and security staff, you don't need to look further for the best value in apartment living in Cleveland. It's why many people call this place home for years. Expectations exceeded!

Lived here multiple years and had a great experience. Building is clean and well-managed (Building Manager Casey is super responsive and approachable/friendly). Apartments are spacious and at a great price. Didn't need maintenance often, but when I did, they responded quick and took care of the issue. Can't beat the location either. Highly recommend 1717!

I've been living here for a week and I found the apartment in perfect condition, exactly like in the video that was previously sent to me. Gym, elevators, deliveries, maintenance orders, all working great. Staff and especially the leasing officer Casey are very friendly and helpful.

I have lived there after searching a lot of luxury buildings in downtown. 1717 is a beautiful, safe, and importantly clean building. The management is excellent and resourceful!

I’ve been at 1717 for a few months now - everything has been great! Office staff & security are friendly and the building is pretty quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient spot downtown.
