Rest Area 1-30 Southbound, Upper Sandusky OH

Rest areas are *so much better* than they were when I was little! It was warm, clean, and well-stocked. Great job ODOT!

If you have no other options, to um, well. This is preferable to a roadside, and there are pop, coffee, and snack vending machines! There are places for critters, truck spaces, and picnic tables to spread out a cooler during warm weather.

There are pamphlets for local attractions. It's not Cedar Point, so there are no rides or people in costumes, and it's on the wrong road to get there so you'd be lost if you stopped here on your way there.

The views are lousy. It's in the middle of farm country, so you're not going to see Amish buggies on bucolic hillsides, or towering hemlock trees on rolling Appalachian foothills. GET LOST SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Still, it's nice for what it is, where it is!

State try’s hard to keep it clean and atmosphere peaceful for the stop, most of the time they are successful

Older outdated smaller rest area recommend if needing to use the facilities get out and stretch your legs or walk your dog.

A nice clean rest stop. I use this one all the time driving to upper Sandusky and it is always clean. Staff are often there cleaning.

I'm not sure who is responsible for cleaning this rest area but they need a little extra credit for doing such a great job on the bathrooms. Maybe we caught them on a good day but we were not disappointed. If you're in a rush this is the best option as opposed to stopping at a gas station which always takes more time.

Very quiet and peaceful picnic area with grills, tables, and a covered pavilion. There's a pet area and the restrooms were very clean and well stocked!

Worst rest area ever! Garbage bins were full to the brim, trash was pflying out, no toilet paper in either bathrooms and no soap!

Beautiful place, good people working here, trying there best to maintain the place nice and clean, but facility too small, I think it’s time to spend some money

I work here, through a contract with o.d. O.t, this rest stop us small and quiet. Really nice place to stop by and have lunch with your family on your way through Ohio.

Small inside & Very clean. Outside had spacious picnic area's with shade tree's. A few vending machines outside of building.

Very clean & well lit. Absolutely no issues and I was comfortable stopping while I was alone during the evening hours.

The rest area is clean and well maintained, along with vending machines and social distancing rules.

Very well completed and convenient for the price of the products sold to the customer to provide us the comfortable quality and service that we are respectively appreciated for our services offered exclusively exchanged by fairly flexible and efficient pricing on the snacks and services sold would be greatly appreciated!

Very clean and well stocked, however a few times I've gotten warm soda from the vending machine. I assumed it was either recently stocked or an old faulty machine.
