I've bought from here numerous times and have always had great experiences. I've worked with Kelsey Lunn a few times. She is fantastic to work with! You won't be disappointed!

We were there looking for a couch and recliner. We were there approximately half an hour and not one sales associate so much as said anything to us. In fact we were snubbed by at least three. We will never go back.

Sales person was not much help. I appreciate that she didn't hover but when I asked if there were more sectionals she pointed in a couple different directions instead of taking us to them. I had to go find her to get specs on a sectional since there was no info at the sectional itself. Selection was good. Price is not what you see. So we have no idea what we'd be paying!

Stopped by today to buy a new couch. Kelsey worked with me. I not only got a new couch but 2 recliners as well. Shout out to Kelsey she is awesome and was very understanding of what I was looking for:)

The delivery was prompt, and the 2 delivery men were very courteous and careful with furniture.the sofa seems very nice, just a little leary of blow up mattress.thanks

Kristal was so incredibly helpful! She was the perfect sales person, very helpful but not overwhelming. She made the whole experience so nice!

Great friendly staff that took the time to get to know us and our situation. They gave us time to look around the showroom without being "pushy" but close enough to answer any questions that we had.

I worked with Kristal who helped me pick out a sectional that would match my living room and also helped me pick out end tables! I will be getting my furniture on Monday and was so excited for it to be delivered so quickly!

I ordered a mattress and was given a time frame and it was delivered, set up and guys gone 20 mins before said time frame began. Two very polite men. 100% will buy again.

My husband and I visited the Findlay Art Van store while looking for a new couch. After being helped through the process by Tiffany, we picked out multiple pieces and ordered. They were meant to be delivered to the store on a certain day and my husband was picking them up. I got a call that morning that all the pieces except one, the couch, had arrived. The couch had not made it onto the delivery truck. The store could not give a definite explanation as to why. I was having surgery the next day and it was important that i have the furniture set up before hand. After speaking to the associate for a minute, she got the owner, Tony, on the phone. Tony was a calm and reassuring voice. He went above and beyond to make sure while we waited for the couch to show up, we were not inconvenienced. I had a couch to use while we waited on ours to arrive and he sent a delivery truck to make the switch for us. Even though, the distribution center made a mistake, the Findlay store made it right. I would absolutely use them again.

Tiffany provided awesome customer service. She made our shopping and buying experience a pleasure!

This was my first time buying a "real" couch from an actual furniture store. I had always bought cheap furniture from other stores that didn't really specialize in furniture. I can tell you the difference in quality of the furniture from an actual furniture store is amazing. And Art Van prices in comparison to other furniture retailers is also amazing, way more affordable! And in comparison to the "cheap" furniture I was buying Art Van isn't that much more in cost but way more in quality. Tiffany was the sales rep to help my wife and I out. She was very informative. She had an answer for every question I asked without hesitation. She made this experience super easy and way less stressful than I was anticipating. Thank you Tiffany!

The delivery gentlemen were very efficient and through. They explained everything they where doing and explained how the chair worked.

The Findlay store had great deals, held out furniture until we could pick it up, and helped us load. They also wrapped it for us so it didn't get wet from the rain. Great service!

Tiffany was excellent—friendly and professional, helpful but not pushy. She was knowledgeable about all aspects of the furniture I was considering and helpful in regard to configuation options, designs, and coordination. She answered countless questions and provided all the information needed.
