RA is the best!
My experience with Dr. Rogers and his staff has been amazing. From the moment I stepped in, I'm greeted with the warmest Hello, Good Morning along with a beautiful smile from the front desk. Dr. Rogers and his assistant are very compassionate and knowledgeable.
Exceeds expectations. After 3 years as a patient, the results are cumulative and natural looking. That's exactly what I wanted. All the skincare recommendations are spot on.

Three years ago, I received a dysport treament at this office. (300u vial) The next day, the entire left side of my face was drooping. It was so bad I could barely see out of my left eye. I looked like I had a stroke. (Do an internet search for "botched botox" and this was what I looked like.). It was also very physically uncomfortable because my face felt very heavy on that one side, and I wasn't able to really open my eye. It was also VERY VERY embarrassing to leave the house. And to make matters worse, I was stuck like this for THREE FULL MONTHS. There is really nothing you can do once this happens.

But worse than how I looked, was how Dr. Tyler Roger's handled the problem. A day after this happened, I called the office to let them know. They asked me to send pictures, and when I did, they told me to come in right away to see if they could fix it. (Even though it hadn't yet been two weeks.). When I came in, Dr. Roger's insinuated that it was somehow my fault that this happened. I told him that I followed the aftercare procedures exactly. (I did not lay down for 13 hours after receiving treatment. In fact, I stayed pretty chill most of the day working at my desk in the air conditioning. I did not exercise for 24 hours. I was not exposed to any heat. I didn't rub my face.in fact, I didn't even WASH my face that night out of an abundance of caution, etc.etc.). But Dr. Rogers said (and I quote) : "I don't want to say that this is your fault, REALLY, but typically the muscle under the forehead is treated at the same time which you didn't want to do. " I hate to sound cliché, but the guy was totally gaslighting me. I gave NO instruction about WHERE to inject the dysport. And even if I did, he was the DOCTOR.not me! In fact, I went in asking for advice about what type of procedures to get. The only thing I asked for was that the results were kept natural. (This was my first time getting any type of cosmetic procedure done.so who doesn't ask that the results are kept natural? !? !). He then made a HUGE deal about how he was going to attempt to "fix" the problem for free. Like he was doing me a huge favor. He injected even more dysport in my face, but it made no difference. I left the office with a drooped eye that I could barely see out of.: (Again, I had to live like this for THREE months.

Since this nightmare, I have done a lot of research on this topic. According to The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, "The most common causes of botched Botox are: Improper injection techniques. Many unskilled injectors make the mistake of injecting Botox too deeply or too superficially into the skin. " This means practitioner error and lack of training. Perhaps it was my fault for letting a pediatrician inject me instead of going to someone more trained.

After 1 full year, I finally worked up the courage to have this same procedure done at a different clinic. This time with a nurse practitioner trained in this type of work. I have since had NO problem, and people are shocked when I tell them how I had to live through this.

Because I live in the New Albany community, I didn't want to leave a bad review until my face went back to normal so I would have some level of anonymity. (I was very recognizable in a "Quasimodo" sort of way.) But with a good conscience, I feel like I have to warn people to stay away. Seek out someone with more training.

I wrote this review on 11/8 and gave Reveal a chance to give me a call and still nothing on 11/22, so I’m going ahead with publishing my experience.

I saw that Reveal Aesthetic was offering Semaglutide and decided to pursue my weight loss journey with them. My consultation was free and my first vial was around $800 for *about* 10 weeks. When I was getting low on my first vial, I had called into the office to see how much a refill was - $600. I know the person who I spoke with on the phone had a name that started with an S - she asked me if I wanted to put in an order and I said no that I found another med spa that is running a better deal and that I would be switching over to them, but that I appreciated her letting me know how much a refill was. I was recently laid off from work and money is a little tight right now in between jobs, but I still wanted to continue on my journey. The other med spa I was told about is up near Cleveland and is running 6 weeks (1.0 per week) for $500 vs RA who is running 5 weeks (1.0 per week) for $600. The person then interrogated me on the deal the other med spa was running and made me feel incredibly stupid, she was very rude to me and ended up saying “well good luck to you” in a snarky tone and hung up on me. This was my first bad experience with RA as I was just calling in to get a quote for a refill.
This past weekend was my final dose in the vial and was my 10th week on semaglutide. I was told that the vial would last 10 weeks and after messing with the vial getting out every single last drop, it ended up being 0.4 instead of the 1.0 listed on the sheet RA gave to me at my consultation. I sent a message Sunday night about the last dosage in the vial being. 4 instead of 1.0 and received a call from the same S person the next day. I explained my situation and then was blamed by her for the dosage being off despite my explanation of how I measure my dosage and that I followed Dr. Roger’s instructions carefully. The attitude and blaming was something I didn’t expect to receive from someone working at RA. I mentioned that I got out every last drop in the vial and threw it away after I was done, but she wanted me to bring my vial from out of my trash and meet with Dr. Rogers.
That same day, I asked for Dr, Rogers to give me a call so I could discuss my experience with the person I spoke to over the phone the last two times and he wanted me to come in for an appointment. The fact that I couldn’t even get a call to explain my poor experience just further makes this entire experience horrible. I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Rogers and his assistant Ashley - they are great individuals, but my experience dealing with the person with the S name who works at the front desk just ultimately ruined my experience as a whole.

Never to hair removal here. The turn over is unreal. I have been here for 2 years and they have switched staff countless times. Because of the turn over I have been cancelled on upon walking into the building and too many times to count the day before or the day of. The machines have overheated during my treatments thus delaying the treatments even more. The office staff never follows up to reschedule after they cancel on you (a lot of turn over with office staff as well). For the price and the service it is not worth it. Even after being a loyal customer they are not willing to do anything to compensate for all the poor service and inconveniences. All in all, I would never recommend this place.

Ramona made me feel comfortable and at ease with my treatment and she is always very pleasant to work with. The welcoming staff are very friendly as well!

I cannot say enough good things about Reveal Aesthetics! Top notch team all around! Staff is kind, welcoming and full of knowledge. They offer a wide array of services and convenient appointment times. I absolutely love their hydrafacials~highly recommend this treatment. I appreciate Dr Rogers honesty on what treatments/products would get me the results I am looking for. I get tons of compliments on my skin and am thankful to Reveal Aesthetics!

Today I had a little Botox injected in between my eyebrows to soften the frown lines and a second round of Sculptra treatments. All went well. The staff at Reveal Aesthetics is very pleasant and they make you feel very comfortable during the services.

If you're thinking of getting facial fillers, Sculptra will give you more natural volume in your face over time as it gradually builds your own collagen. It doesn't have the same immediate result like other fillers do with one treatment. However, there is a slight noticeable change after the first treatment. The first one was 4 months ago.

Dr Rogers advised the best results are done over a period of a few months. The second treatment leaves a very natural fuller face. Today he injected various areas of my upper and mid cheeks, under the eye area, jawline and around the nasolabial fold ares. The first time he also did my upper and mid cheeks and temples. I am very happy with the final results as I had lost volume in my face over the past 10 years. Now it is balanced, very natural looking and the volume in my face is restored.

Staff is friendly, place is clean. Answers any inquiries I had and the overall process was easy.

First appointment. The staff was so welcoming. They explained everything and I loved the experience. Highly recommend.

All experiences have been great and produced wonderful results. My CoolSculpting sessions with Sommer have been awesome, and the front desk staff are friendly, prompt and professional. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things! I was dealing with really horrible pigmentation on my face for years. I had laser treatments done and in combination with the Obagi system my face is so clear that I can go without foundation and not be self conscious. I have also had Dysport and Lip fillers done numerous times and am extremely happy with the results. The entire staff here is so friendly and they make you feel really comfortable during your visit. I highly recommend Dr Roger's and team for any of your beauty needs.

The staff does a wonderful job at making you feel very comfortable, welcomed and relaxed. The office is clean and sanitized. Dr. Rogers goes to great lengths to make sure he communicates with you and that you are happy with the results.

Found this place on groupon Bought a Groupon for 100 units of dysport, had a additional 40 put in the day of visit, had to go back in and 50 more was placed. So a total of 190 units of dysport. I normally only get 100 at other places and my face is totally fine. Idk if they dilute it down to make you buy more or what's going on with this place but I will not ever go back here. They was nice enough to take 50 percent off the 50 units my last visit but I feel like I was totally got from this place. The staff is super friendly and the office is gorgeous and that's the only reason why I give them 3 stars. Even the doc thought it was was weird I still had movement cause I'm pretty sure 190 units isn't normal. It's way too much and I get this stuff on a regular basis so I know. Maybe i got a bad batch the first time who really knows but I will definitely not go back here. The 50 units in my opinion should of been free.

They are good for your first surgery, but after you go back they don’t really care about you and only care about getting their money. Refused to refund money for services that was not provided
