Very nice staff, excellent doctor, always great communication with owner about pet. I have been going here for seven years and am very happy with the care they give my four cats.

During a very difficult time with my dog having cancer, they were able to get me in at a moments notice. They treated my family with such care and the doctor was amazing. I will definitely return with future pets.

The people at Reynolds Road Animal Hospital are fantastic. Dr Roger is the best. He takes care of both of our dogs general health and also did CCL (ACL in humans) surgery on one of them. Great staff too. Would highly recommend.

Only because i can’t give 0 stars. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. The vet techs act stuck up, dr sands acts arrogant and likes to blame you for your pets problems. My puppy may now lose his leg due to them. He had a fracture that they were treating with just splinting it kept slipping, his leg was fine for 3 weeks then Friday all of a Sunday his foot is swelled, has an infection and a rash on his leg. They blamed me and said it was my fault. Now today 6/26/23 I’m at an emergency animal hospital because the rash has now turned into a skin infection and my dog may now lose his leg. He went in not bleeding on 6/23/26 and when they brought him out his was profusely bleed from his foot like he got cut and they cant explain the bleeding that wasn’t there 45’mins prior to them seeing him.

The doctors and the assistants are very nice and professional. They will answer all your questions and show love to your fur baby. Very pleased.

Very experienced, knowledgeable, and caring. Some things may be a bit on the pricy side, but worth every penny when it comes to my fur babies. Dr. Savage is the best!

Dr. Servert is amazing! She was so sweet with my nervous dog, Chance and was so patient with him for every exam she had to do. So glad we found her - by far the best vet I have ever met in 25 years! There is a $50 deposit for new patient appointments but it is 100% worth it and I would highly recommend Reynolds Road Animal Hospital.

Dr Grothaus and Dr Sands were amazing.
They did more for my dog in one visit than my previous vet did in 4 years.
We unfortunately found out my baby has cancer, but both these doctors have been genuinely caring and sympathetic, and incredibly informative. Dr Sands took time to call me about test results and then took time to answer all my questions.
They really treated my pet like a part of my family.
I’ll never take my pets anywhere else.

I was referred here by the shelter i adopted from.the staff is very nice.prices are reasonable.and the vet advises they are not for or against declawing cats but will do the procedure.it was unsettling that a vet asked if i planned to declaw without me bringing it up.that’s why i gave it 4 stars.

I take all of my dogs here. The vets and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer all of my questions.

We love this office, Dr. Severt and the majority of the staff!
They have gone above and beyond to ensure our dogs don’t become more fearful of the vet. And even to create positive experiences for my already fearful pup.
The staff is helpful and informative while we learn to deal with a new pup whose breed we are unfamiliar with and a pit who is accident prone!
We appreciate them so much, and cannot thank them enough for keeping our pups active, happy and healthy!

Everyone is very friendly and they always take the time to answer my questions. I can tell that everyone really loves animals and are trustworthy to give all 4 of my animals the best care. Definitely recommend!

The workers care for their job and their clients. The exam we had was gentle and loving. Made my cat very relaxed compared to the one I went to beforehand.

Had a very sick puppy. Called Reynolds Rd Animal Hospital. I was not a client and they saw my puppy immediately. Dr Sands is now my new vet. I would highly recommend this group.

I called to schedule an appointment for my Boston Terrier, and was told that I needed to pay a $50.00 deposit to secure the appointment. How ridiculous! I've lived in Sylvania for 23 years, and always owned a dog. I've never experienced such a requirement for a appointment. I'm in need of a second opinion and obviously it won't be at Reynolds Road Animal Hosp.
