Everything was great when we started here years ago.but has since went down hill. The people who answer the phones and who are in place of the girl who's normally there are rude as ever. You are literally dealing with families and people and children with mental health issues and have the audacity to be nasty and rude! Never again. Get a new job! It's sad people have to go through this.families and children who are already dealing with enough. We love the Dr. Zenita and Jeremy.but it is our time to say goodbye.

I worked here for a year and management made it the worst year of my life. Management was very unsupportive and only cared about making quotas and billing. I felt like the kids took a backseat for the majority of the time, even though they are the ones that should be the main focus. You will be doing a lot of work for free due to harsh and ungenerous deadlines. Management does not care, probably the most toxic working environment that I have been around in all my working career. Management will tell you to do one thing and then grill you when you follow their directions. The last thing is the ethics they will pressure to "fabricate" your hours to meet the criteria even though no one can meet their company standards impossible 100% of employees I have encountered have lied about their hours.

I worked for RFS for 1 year before FINALLY finding employment elsewhere. I was a therapist with my MSW and LSW, juggling a caseload of 60+ within at one time, 4 schools. In order to meet my productivity quota of 26 hours a week, I had to drive school to school in order to see all of clients weekly. However, the issue with this company is that some schools are not open to this service and pulling a kid out for an hour during the school day is not going to happen. I don't care if you are BSW or MSW and have a license, its not going to happen. I found ALL my coworkers LYING about seeing clients in order to make productivity. Meaning, they would say they were with a kid for 1 hour when in reality it was a ten minute break. I also have to discuss with you the protocol for summer and holiday break. YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED for driving all over the city of Toledo to see your clients. In the summer you are expected to make 24 hours of productivity and that is nearly impossible without picking up four kids at a time and billing an hour for each even though that's a lie.and how is that therapy? I spent the summer of 2019 picking up four kids at a time and going to parks to "teach coping skills" but did I really address any of their past trauma? NO.because its not appropriate to do trauma therapy at a McDonalds or library with other people around. This company is undoubtedly shady and worked for RFS for 1 year before FINALLY finding employment elsewhere. I found ALL my coworkers LYING about seeing clients in order to make productivity. As a professional with a license to protect I am not going to risk lying about seeing clients or agree to work without getting paid. YES YOU WILL WORK 8: 00AM to when school lets out but you will be assigned out patients where you will have to meet them at their house or take them out somewhere and buy them food with YOUR OWN MONEY. Sometimes kids will not be home when you call to pick them up and will have to make up that time losy by working later. Another issue you will experience is that you cannot work over 40 hours. I found myself waking up at 6: 00am to do my notes (without counting it towards my hours) because I could not balance my caseload, complete my notes, and balance my life within 40 hours. MY MANAGER GUILT TRIPPED ME CONSTANTLY, implying I did not care for my clients enough and that I should work harder. I was working 12 hours a day to balance the job responsibilities. This company is shady and I am urging anyone with a license to really think about being here.are you stretching your notes to make productivity.thats unethical and you can lose your license. THIS IS NOT A JOB FOR AN INTELLIGENT THERAPIST WHO REALLY WANTS TO MOVE UP WITH THEIR PRACTICE WITH GRACE AND MORALS.
