I bought the 2007 Buick Lucerne from there. Test drove it from the sound of it I need a wheel bearing and a oil change. Get it to the garage to get my wheel bearing put on and still dont have my car to drive after spending over 2700 dollars. Why because it needed a lot more work than just a wheel bearing they only knocked off 200 dollars on that car for me. And I have already had to spend more than that on parts and I still sit without a car I might as well bought a 500 dollar car. I will never buy from them again or recomend anyone to them.

Do NOT buy from this dealer we purchased a Tahoe and had them deliver is since we live 7 hours away. Within driving 150 miles after purchase the engine light and drive train lights were on! And of course they only warranty at their shop, but hey we were told the vehicle was in perfect condition, but as soon as we brought it to our shop they could tell the dealer had cleared the codes but forgot to remove them from being stored! Then RHK told me the day it was delivered they had sent everything in for the title so we would be receiving that. Well come to find out it has been over a month and it was never done! And they have the nerve to call me and be rude? ! This dealer is a far cry from professional and definitely untrustworthy! I would not send my worst enemy to these people! So please do yourself a favor and read the reviews because I am kicking myself for not doing so before I purchased.

I absolutely loved my rental! RHK went out of their way to accommodate my needs! Staff was very friendly the place AND the car was very clean prices were not hi they were in fact unbelievably affordable and I would recommend this company to anyone thank you RHK! Beats enterprise anyday!

I bought a 2004 tahoe drove from michigan when i returned home the truck would not start i have had to pay $4000 for repairs the same amount i paid for the truck called RHK and was told if i lived in ohio they could fix it NOT GOOD when you live 5 1/2 hours away I regret purchasing this truck could have took my $8000 and bought a better quality vehicle very disappointed and woyld not recommend buying a vehicle from RHK unless you live very close.
