Purchased a new Yukon from them, the whole process was very smooth. Sierra did a great job communicating everything and was very responsive to all of my questions. Whole staff was friendly from the minute I walked in the door.

Five visits since initial repair including a complete redo. Ended up at another shop that took the time to fix it right. Will not be back.

We traveled from Cleveland to buy GMC Denali. Everything was as promised.

I came in for an oil change. My appointment was at 11: 30 I arrived at a little after 11 at 1: 10, I still was waiting on my car. I then was told that my bill would be $85 when I signed an estimate of $75. After talking with the representative, he went and talk to the manager and then got it down to $53 using the coupon that I supplied.
I was not happy on the wait time. And I also was not happy that the bill was higher than what the estimate was, and I had to finagle or argue with the representative to get it down. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.

I went for my routine oil change. It was very nice the new changes to walk around my car and open the house and have things explained. He also showed me how when I drove in pictures were taken and my alignment was in. I even stopped by the body shop and they rubbed out a scuff that had been on my door. Very awesome service and education.

I have taken my vehicle for service 3 different times, never got worked on and every time they call me and tills my that they didn’t get to it, as matter of fact I have dropped the car both times three hours before my appointment. My service advisor Martin he did a great job by calling the service manager over and explain to him the situation, manger Mr king said he would take care of it, but he still pushed it back. So I called the person in charge of the service department and told me he see and call me back, but it has been a week didn’t hear from any one.

We experienced great service and very helpful employees when purchasing our new car. They made for a great experience.

As always, my service rep, Marty, was great! But two hours for an oil change? Organizational problem? Leadership? Have been a loyal GM (TOBIN) customer for over 20 years, but the service component needs help! Marty kept me informed and was very attentive, but only so much he could do.

John Albanese and Greg were both amazing to work with! I didn’t feel like they were trying to oversell me and both worked great with us. Recommend them to anyone!
