So I didn't get a chance to spend my money there because plans changed. I will say that Paul Shoemaker gave me the most honest quote I received for an engine replacement. I had other Nissan dealerships wanting twice for the same work and they even tried justifying it. You do not have to work so hard to sell or explain if you just do the right thing every time. Thanks Paul for being honest he bought a Mitsubishi and I hope when we need ya that you can help with that one.

I absolutely recommend using this place for service. I went to another place and it took them nine days and never resolved my issue. Here at Ricart they found my issue got the part ordered and fixed within two days. I had never been here before, and this was my first experience, it was wonderful. The people were nice, they did a test drive with me, they even offered me complementary Uber rides back home after dropping it off and back to the Location to get my car. Top-notch will absolutely go back again.

Was able to majority of everything prior to arriving at the dealership which saved me a pile of time. Everyone was nice friendly and understanding since having a toddler that I did not want to spend a day at the dealership. Very responsive sales rep that was able to answer all my questions

Usually everything goes well if it doesn’t they always fix it and take care of us I would like to say Paul S is absolutely wonderful with customer service!

Mr. Bill was very nice, and also very informative about the selections of the cars that I was looking at. He made sure that I did not exceed the budget limit that I told him that I wanted to stay in.

My only issue is that your website reads no appointment needed for routine oil change. When I got there, and drove in, the attendant told me it would be up to 3 hours before I could get service. I had to make an appointment for another day that I was off work. Everything else was fine.

Mr. Bill was patient and wanted me to get the vehicle I admired the most. He was very informative with the selection I was looking for within the price range I wanted. I only wanted to conduct business with Mr. Bill because of his concerning attitude towards me and my sister. He was very funny also. Yes, I would recommend others to go to Ricart Nissan for vehicle’s in the future.

I have taken my Nissan vehicles here for most, if not all, maintenance and repair and up until this point I have been pleased with the work and even the cost. However, this time it cost me nearly $300 just for them to "look" at the problem and tell me what's wrong. Basically, $150 for each problem reported. Then I was quoted nearly $2,100 to fix the problems which that cost was unacceptable. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop and they fixed it, plus repaired another known issue, for less than $300. Really disappointed.

My service advisor Paul was very good at his job. He was kind and explained everything in detail. Kept in touch with the mechanic on my issue and reported to me the findings and what needs to be done. I really was very appreciative of all of his help and explanations.

Very disappointed with my most recent visit to Ricart for service to my Nissan Kicks. They failed to properly communicate details about parts availability and the timeline requirements for repairs to the vehicle and wasted my whole day. I have the vehicle and still no repairs.

It was amazing! Joe was amazing! Everyone was nice and seem very forthcoming. I had to have a second key fob programmed for my car the only thing I suggest is to show the customer that everything works before they leave. Give Joe a raise again he was awesome!

Joe Eddy was wonderful! He let me know what was going on every step of the way. They also found a recall on my vehicle so they included that inspection during the service. And the car was ready before the estimated time. Wonderful customer and car service! Thanks Joe and Ricart Nissan
