Richards Pizza, Hamilton OH

I ordered online and did curb pickup. They used to be good but the food quality was awful and order correctness was wrong and toppings were extremely skimpy and all the steak hoagies were not topped as ordered individually. Buns were all overbaked and dry. I ordered 1with grlilled lite onions, 1 lite onion, 1 regular onions. All 3 had grilled & barely any onions. 1 was double mushroom with barely any mushrooms, 1 was pizza sauce added barely any, cheese was like 2 tablespoons per sandwich, all buns overbaked, no garlic butter on the bun at all like there used to be. Sauces I ordered for calzones and paid for I only received 1 of the 2 extra ones I ordered. One calzone my brother said wasn't very tasty at all. We were totally disappointed in the order. This was at the main street location. The last I had at other locations was way better except that they didn't add as many onions as they used to which is my favorite part and I feel makes the sandwich.
I used to gove them a 10 for the steak hoagies but these ones only get a 4 at best. Very disapointed in them. Probably won't order there again ever unless it goes back to the way it was. Don't skimp on toppings and change a good sandwich. I'd rather they raise prices a little instead. Don't change a great sandwich to an awful one. I'm sadly disappointed.

Ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. They do have a wheat crust you can get. Which is a different option than most other places.

Steak sandwich was good as usual, however, $9.25 for a steak sandwich is ridiculous. And they say there's no inflation. I beg to differ.

Ordered 5 regular steak sandwiches and a large pizza. Pizza was great. The steak sandwiches were horrible. My family has been eating Richard's since they opened. This was a Hugh disappointment. The sandwiches were so bad we didn't eat them. I won't be going back for a long time to try them again. Bad experience.

Great pizza

Great local favorite. We called and ordered carryout, and the good was ready as quoted. We ordered:

1. Steak hoagie + cheese - holy onions, If you love them, order them, but be prepared for quite a few. Overall, this was a solid steak hoagie. (4/5)

2. Richards Deluxe - the crust, sauce, and toppings were all tasty. (4/5)

3. Mushroom pepperoni - our LOs enjoyed, and they had quality ingredients. (4/5)

We would visit again as this locally-owned restaurant has great food and supports the community.

This Richards location out together a large catering order for me. They were very flexible and allowed me to change my time a few days before the event. I would highly recommend using them for large parties. The food was hot and ready and very delicious. Thankyou Richards on main.

Love love love this place! I remember when a steak sandwich was 85 cents! Ten times that now! But I’ll still splurge every month or so!

Usually top notch. Recently seems as though the quality has changed, not as delightful a visit as usual. We tried a calzone on Oct. 18th and it was amazing. I would recommend them any day. Awesome fudge too.

I've loved this place since childhood and I always will. It still has that "simpler time" feel when you dine in and it is just as good when you do carry out. Everything on the menu is legendary

Picked up 3 steak sandwiches and 2 blocks of fudge for dinner. Sandwiches were perfect. Buns nice & soft. Fudge is always perfect!

The pizza and hoggies are delicious. Seems like we enjoy it even more since we moved away. It's definitely one of our first stops when we are visiting now.

My whole family loves everything Richards make especially the steak sandwich and pepperoni
