I’ve been using Dave for 7 years. I schedule anyone in our condo community who wants him and he has been a valued vendor. I can recommend him without reservation.

Richards is reliable and does a great job. I have an older home, and I can count on them to switch out storms and screens each fall and spring.

Richards Window Cleaning did a wonderful job. They got back to me within 24 hours when I first contacted them. They set up a time for cleaning within 2 weeks. They sent multiple reminders about the service and showed up within the hour time window they had given me. Everything was cleaned beautifully and the price was very equitable. We will definitely use them again.

Richards cleaned all of our windows, inside and out, of our two-story home and they did an excellent job! Both guys were efficient and moved quickly, with one cleaning the outside windows while the other cleaned the inside windows. Their equipment was top-notch filtering our water of harsh minerals thus leaving the outside windows to dry spot-free. The inside windows were cleaned using a squeegee and the net result were very clean and sparkling windows! We highly recommend this company and plan on using their services annually.

Best window-cleaning service I have had in 44 years in this house. Owner is on site during entire job. Meticulous care of leaded-glass windows. Better outcomes than I've had in the past with other local companies. I certainly plan to stay with this company in the future.

We have hired Richards Window Cleaning twice, and will definitely call again. A great job and priced below the other quotes we got the first time. All the windows and screens were cleaned, inside and out.

The second visit was right after things opened up after the COVID lockdown. Dave wore a mask and caused little disruption even as we were both working from home.

Wow, what a fantastic job. Dave power washed the sidewalks, brick patio, front entrance and porch (which were all in desperate need of a deep clean.) Everything looks like new! I would highly recommend him, he does excellent work. Thank you so much for the make-over!

They were fantastic. I had other quotes and they were much higher than Richards. I was so thankful when he came out and provided the quote. I set the appointment up right then. He was on time and thorough when the appointment day arrived. My windows looks amazing and the screen clean was incredible. I didn’t realize how dirty they were. So happy we had this done and used Richards. Can’t say enough about them!

They soft washed our siding and did an amazing job. You definitely can tell they take pride in their work. They came on time and did a thorough job. Very reasonable as far as cost goes. Highly recommend!
