Richardson Animal Hospital, Ravenna OH

First time I was there. Receptionist was very welcoming which was nice. I was placed in a room to fill out my paperwork as there was a not so friendly dog in the waiting area and the receptionist picked up on that. The vet was terrific. Very thorough and good with my dog which is important. For the quality, quickness, price and overall care for my dog - I would and will highly recommend this place!

Great establishment. Vets are all caring and take great care of the animals. Staff is so helpful to get appointments and answer questions. Vet techs do great job with all the tasks they perform.

I called and gave Marie all of my dogs symptoms and asked if a visit was needed and she said yes, and I’m glad she did! They got us in within an hour, took great care of our dog and gave us a treatment plan that’s been working wonders so far. Thank you Marie and Dr. Tim!

Everyone at Richardson’s is wonderful.they really care about you and your pets! Prices are very reasonable. I won’t ever go anywhere else!

Very kind and patient Doctors. Very knowledgeable and they get you in quickly unlike most Vets. The price is a little high but definitely worth it!

Richardson's Animal Hospital is the only place that my cat, Louie has been to, from the age of five and a half months and he is now twelve years old.

Called try and get an appointment for my dog who has a cyst and is sore. Hes an older dog. Whoever answered the phone very dryly said we are booked solid. No sorry to hear about your pet and no references to get help elsewhere. It was like I was interrupting her day. Rude I call it. Been going there for years. Not anymore. Bye bye

Richardson Animal Hospital has been taking great care of my dog for over 12 years. Caring and considerate at all times! I trust them to give Kipper the care he needs.

They took wonderful care of our cat during and after surgery. I appreciated all the information provided about how he was and how things went. We feel that they are honest and always take wonderful care of our pets!

We had Dr. Tim. He was good with my Athena. She is a senior and she has cancer. He told us about the options we had about the bumps that are on her belly. She has had 2 surgeries and he doesn't want to have her have another one. She was given an antibiotic for problem with her urine. We will see him in 2 weeks after her pills are done. I give this animal hospital a 10!

Have always had a great time there. My dog doesn't give me a bad time usually. He really likes the doctors.

Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. They always remember my pets names and why they are here. All questions get answered honestly and in a way that makes me confident in the treatments. Great place!

I had to take my baby in because she had a large lump on her side. And the vet did everything they could to figure it out. She had xrays done and the vet wanted to do an ultra sound which i agreed too. Turned out she had a cyst that they drained for her and the vet called and went over what she would like to do going into the future for diamond and I had a sample of the fluid sent in for and some other stuff. But they were so friendly there and I really enjoyed there customer service with me and my baby girl. Still waiting on the ultra sound results and the sample results but at the end of the day I can gladly say my baby was taken care of there and they got her in really quick. I plan to continue using this vet for her and my other 2 kids as well! They have gained my trust!
