Richie's Chicken, Cincinnati OH

I bought the dinner for someone else. So I can't speak on how the food is. They had a lot of customers. While waiting people told me that this is the best Richie's. The customer service was great.

I think by far the best item is the spicy chicken breast. I prefer Savory cornbread and there's is sweet, so I opt for dinner roll. Not a fan of the pink lemonade. Very very sugary/ syrupy that drowns out all if any lemonaid flavor. I want to like the green beans but to me to much black pepper. Think Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich patty. Mashed potatoes instant, gravy so so. Greens are good but too much roasted garlic flavor same thing with the red beans and rice. Fried okra was great. Peach cobbler so so. I've not had any fish or corn on the cob. Mac and cheese so so. Chicken prices are reasonable to me. Extra dinner roll is pretty expensive considering you can get a whole package for the same cost. 6 dollars for pink lemonade that is very lacking in flavor unless you want to drink pink sugar water. Staff have always been pleasant and willing to help with the ordering process. Online ordering and inside kiosk were not available for orders tonight.

They have the Best fried chicken around, and I have lived all over the US. Hands down for taste and price THE BEST!

Never come to this location during the week. The supervisor or manager on duty basically do not display good customer service. They forgot to give me an item and was not empathetic at all. I love to support black businesses however customer service goes a long way. I really have to determine if I will continue to support this business. They also don't follow up on complaints. Just take your money and ignore you.

The food was fresh, but since they have "changed hands" the food sucks. The whiting or greens just don't taste like it used too.

OMG everytime I come to OH I make time to go to Richie's. Let me tell you. The flavor is off the chain. And you need no sauce at all for this chicken. It stays fresh. Long line but while I was there for 45 minutes getting through the line, ordering and receiving my food they changed the chicken out 3 times.

OK so when the building looks like it's about to fall down that's when you know it's some good soul food up in there. I just had the 6 wings and they was on point. Hot juicy and most importantly CRUNCHY! The wings was so good I can't wait to try the sides next time so I will definitely be back. I suggest a good power washing a fresh coat of paint and a new floor to freshen the place up.

Food is so good they will take time to make your food fresh at the time you want it fresh and I'm a regular customer I go in their maybe 2 to 3 times a week

Richies to me is the best chicken place in town. The best way to order it s using their mobile app so you don’t have to wait as long. They also have kiosk inside to order from also to skip the line. They also have fish and lots of side options.

Well the chicken was the best chicken I’ve ever had in Ohio the greens were good too wedges could be a bit crispier but loved em either way and the pink lemonade make you slap yo momma!

The staff behind the counter was fantastic, offered samples and made recommendations! The chicken was hot and well seasoned. The sides were on point!

Food is amazing but the music can be a bit much. I don't mind but my dad sends me to pick the food up because the selection of music bothers him.

It was very busy very loud and very crowded at night time. There are a lot of cars that park outside and just sit and hang out. Very hard to find a parking place

Love me some Richies! Always fresh, hot, and juicy. I gotta get the spicy chicken, greens, and mac and cheese.

Never been disappointed with richies very juice and flavorful definitely something anyone who likes chicken should check out if in the area and very affordable too

I have always enjoyed Richie’s food since moving down this way from Columbus, Ohio. The food is always fresh and VERY tasty and the customer service is outstanding! Keep up the amazing job, ladies!

This location is one of the best in reference to the food taste temperature, etc.service is awesome as well
