Rich's Splish Splash Car Wash, Andover OH

On Wednesday 4/28/21 at about noon I used a credit card and paid for a simple wash. The "voice" said I had bought a simple wash. There was no offer for a receipt. Should have been charged $6 was charged $10. You can contact me at the business that sold you the land.

When to use the automatic car wash paid 12 dollars for. When pulling in side folliowng the dreactions it tells you to we stoped. Then it proceded to spray soap on just part of the truck the stoped and said pull forward as if it was done leaing soap on Just a small part of the truck. Se we left and it never gave us a refun eather. And when you call the number on line it just a fax number. Must be a way to take peoples hard earned money

Terrible. DO NOT USE the automatic car wash. It is a complete scam. It sprayed my car with water, “soap”, said it was using spot free rinse but no water was coming out. Then said to exit. So my car was left covered in this soap! And the number does not work. Extremely frustrated.

I'd have preferred the drying process have been a bit more successful. All in all, worth the $12

Excellent car wash, great new updates but that cash payment slot needs to go, horrible and never wants to accept the cash. Don't appreciate getting 10.00 in quarters for change!

Easy, convenient, reasonably priced. Don't like the working end of the vacuum, doesn't repack tight corners

I'm not sure how to contact the owner of this business. I tried to use the automatic wash this morning. It took my $10 but the door never opened. I tried to call the business but all I got was a high pitched squeal on the other end. I wouldn't mind my $10 back but I would also like to notify them that the door isn't working.

Easy to use. Everything right there. Convenient! Didn't have to wait either, and I was able to take my time.

I drive a Chevy equinox and I wish it cleaned the back a little better. That's not a complaint. Nice wash and only 10 bucks.

Paid $10.00 for the auto wash.doors wouldn't open.no way to contact the owner.

The car wash sprayed soap on the entire truck, but the rinse wasn't working on one side, so I had to go to the other wash bay to rinse the soap off. I called the owner, all he said was thanks and hung up. He could have at least reimbursed for the failed wash.
