I've had the pleasure of working with Rick Ruby's team for several years now. They have the large company support that is offered by being with State Farm, yet their team provides the level of service you would expect from a small business. Excellent, friendly service. Have been working with Joan Saunders for insuring all my vehicles, toys, personal belongings and home. She is absolutely the best! One day on my way to work a stone kicked up and cracked my windshield. I was able to file a claim and get my windshield replaced that same afternoon!
