Rick Verst - State Farm Insurance Agent, Oxford OH

Just called for a quote, they were a tad higher than what I currently pay but the insurance dude was cool.

My advisor is kitty, and serves a good quality on telling details of insurance.the fee is also lower than other auto insurance.

If you want an insurance agent and agency that will work for you. FIND ANOTHER AGENT! State Farm as a whole is great but not this agency. I sold a vehicle in may and asked for a suspension on the policy on may 19th 2021 told yes it would take a few days to process but no problem. I didn’t check my bill because it’s auto pay and noticed august 16th 2021 was still getting charged for vehicle. Called and asked about it and they told me it was some kind of glitch in the system and it would be taken care of. Today September 14th 2021I received another set of insurance cards and a bill for the vehicle I had sold back in may. I had to get really mean on the phone with One of there staff about this issue and getting it resolved. 5 min later they got it fixed after 4 months. Why could that not happen the first time? Cause this agency doesn’t care about doing what’s right for there customers. Asked to have a call back from Rick in tomorrow. Let’s see if it happens. I bet it won’t.

I have been with State Farm for over 4 years or so and haven't ever faced any issues! They have competitive premiums and discounts available for everyone. Their customer service is also amazing, Natalie Byrd who's an account rep there has always resolved my issues and concerns with utmost satisfaction and swift action. Glad to have chosen State Farm:)

Our life insurance policy, through a different company, was set to increase our premium payment by hundreds of dollars in just a few years. We were not aware of the upcoming financial burden. Doug was able to do a medical exam and receive a preferred rating that saved us an additional $20 dollars a month. The savings that we now will save over the 20 year term will be in the thousands. We are thankful for the thorough review that helped us find and correct future issues.
