Ridgewood Park Apartments, Parma Heights OH

The leasing staff were extremely polite and helpful for all my inquiries. I've never had a bad experience interacting with Dale Carter, he's been extremely helpful and is always ready to assist.

I lived here from April 2022 to Oct 15,2023.
The apartments are spacious and comfortable.
Maintenance Service is awesome.
The staff is great, it's the ownership / management that is incompetent. (No wonder 40 to 50 tenants left in the last couple of months.)

The stay was pleasurable, but my misery started after I vacated. We left the apartment in immaculate condition, but are yet to receive the refund of out security deposit and a half month's prorated rent.

I have sent over 10 emails, and called several times and left several voice messages (as nobody picks the phone up)

I got to speak with Seth Gotileb once (one has to be extremely blessed and lucky to speak to the office staff, especially the Property Manager) and he said they had processed everything but did not know why the check had not been cut, and that he would find out and call me back.
Needless to say it never happened. (this was on Dec 19,2023)

I have finally decided to put in a case at the small claims court.
Even if I have to spend $20,000 on a civil law suit, I will, to get my refund.

But, if you are a prospective tenant, think twice before you decide to move to this building.

Ridgewood park apts is a great place to live and the staff Yolanda Maurice Dale Debbie and Johanna the get things done

I have really enjoyed my experience living at Ridgewood. While there are certainly downsides to any complex that you live in, I can say that the leasing office staff is always willing to listen and help. Johanna continues to be incredibly helpful and kind and truly wants the best for the residents. Outside of just ensuring that concerns are taken care of, she also makes an effort to get to know the residents so that they feel comfy coming to her with their needs. Grateful that she is a part of the team!

I have lived here for 17 1/2 years. Ridgewood Park Apartments does an excellent maintenance job both in your apartment and to the complex. The Leasing Staff (Seth, Johanna, and Dale) are professional and willing to help the tenants. They ensure that all repair requests are completed in a timely manner. The Maintenance Men (Anthony, Christian, and Maurice) are very thorough and knowledgeable. Our Housekeeping Staff (Yolanda and Debbie) are pleasant. They keep all common areas clean and smelling clean and fresh. The apartments are located close to banks, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The apartments are reasonably priced, have large balconies, and laundry facilities on every floor. Garages are available at reasonable prices. Pets are allowed. What more could you ask for.

Our Maintenance Men Anthony, and Maurice are awesome! They definitely do things in a timely fashion and listen to what you tell them you need! By far the best maintenance team we have had since I moved in almost 5 yrs ago! Johanna the Leasing Manager is a Angel she very much cares about all her residents and is very helpful and goes above and beyond. We would be sad without her! Dale Carter is very professional whenever you call the office and when you visit the office he is always pleasant and polite to everyone. Thank you to all of you for making this a better place to live.

Update im in love with this place I moved in September 1 and I love my apartment so big and clean I also love the way Miss Johanna makes you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door and goes over and beyond for us and today we had coffee and donuts in the lobby Johanna your amazing thanks dale and Yolanda

I wanted to add to my previous review. I would like to specifically acknowledge the leasing manager, Johanna. She is so sweet and kind to all of us here. She goes far and beyond to make everyone feel like family and that we're cared for and listened to. She takes care of my every request and in a timely matter.
My dog Bentley loves her so much, she has always made him feel special and loved too. Johanna is a huge reason why we love living here. She brightens up our days.
Shout out to the cleaning crew. Yolanda is a wonderful cleaning lady, curious and quick to clean up any messes. We are happy here.

The apartment issues I have are delt with in a timely manner. The office and cleaning staff are very kind.

Today the management syaff had coffee and donuts with the residents and that was so generous of them I love my property I've lived here for almost a year and the staff here is amazing Miss Johanna amazing Seth cool dude ServiceManager Anthony Yolanda the housekeeper is nice so is Debbie and Christan and Maurice you all are amazing!

I needed to get my Dishwasher fixed. Called Ridgewood, they attended right away, and the next day my Dishwasher was replaced with a brand new one.
I would like to make a special mention of Johanna. Since the time she joined Ridgewood, the service and the wonderful experience here has grown by leaps and bounds. Thank you Johanna! You’re the best!

Correction on the screen door that was replaced (for the 3rd time) -
After over a year and a half of putting in maintenance orders for the screen door, and being promised it will be fixed; the last attempt
= still does not fit, and is still not functioning.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. I am returning to it again with much happiness The staff members are very professional and curtious towards everyone that enter here. I would like to share much appreciation to Joanna, Debbie, Dale and Seth. Thank you for all you do.

Ridgewood Wood park apartments are the best. My brother has been living here over 20 years and loves it. The office especially Johanna are the greatest. I would highly recommend living here!

I want to give a special shoutout to Johanna, Dale, Debby, and Yolanda for helping me with the information about my apartment and communicating with me. I needed somethings updated with my apartment upon move-in date and they all was very welcoming to me moving in their apartment complex. I would 100% recommend to move here.

I have lived here for several years. When I first moved in, it was a great, inclusive, family like environment. That has been lost in recent years. The complex hired new employees, and I have hope that this will turn things around.
Johanna, in the office, is willing to listen to issues within the community or your apartment.
Maurice is new to the maintenance team. He is a positive, upbeat, kind, professional, and well-versed addition to the community. I am thankful for his contribution.
