Unsatisfactory. Our appointments for our massages we’re canceled a few hours before the scheduled time. They asked us to reschedule but did not offer any type of discount or apologetic action. These appointments were scheduled a month in advance and both parties took off work for the occasion. They were able to keep the scheduled eyebrow shaping and tint Which resulted in little difference the first and second time they were tinted. Also, I was adamant that they merely clean up her eyebrows, no change just clean them up. Unfortunately, she came back with two uneven and very thin eyebrows.
I want a refund for the gift card that I’ve been unable to use. I haven’t been able to schedule any services prior to this appointment because they’re, “booked” and now this appointment was canceled. Very frustrating and as I said, unsatisfactory

Wow I absolutely recommend this place! I was married 4/24/21 & went to Rig & Co.for their bridal hair & makeup. The staff is amazing I felt so comfortable & beautiful! Thank you ladies!

Hate it because I have never been to this place in my life and they shouldn't be able to say that I was, this kind of thing could cause a lot of problems in relationships!

I really try to not leave bad reviews but my nail shape was wrong & wonky, my length was too short, the design i wanted was botched, and on top of that my polish lasted all but a day and a half before majorly chipping & peeling off.that being said the staff was very very nice and lady that did my nails was very easy to talk to.i won’t be going back unfortunately.

TL;DR: Rig and Co is amazing and my nail tech, Clarissa, was very kind and was patient with my indecisiveness. Please go there if you have the chance.

At first, I wasn’t able to get in because they were booked. But they called me back to let me know that Clarissa, a nail tech, had a cancellation, which they didn’t have to do but they did! I got my nails done and had a wonderful time! Clarissa really knows what she is doing and even knows the science behind all things nails. She explained everything to me and it was so interesting! I absolutely love my nails! If you ever end up there, make sure to use the gold and silver foils (they’re free!).

I had such a great experience at Rig! I loved the way my hair turned out and everyone was super friendly! I would totally recommend them!

I visited RIG for the first time yesterday, and I must say, I was THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED! From the moment I walked in, until I walked out the door! Beautiful, contemporary salon. Loads of services at reasonable prices and Mindy, my hair dresser did an absolutley AMAZING job! I cannot recomment RIG enough! They have won my business for life!

Been going here for over 2 years. The facials are phenomenal and I have also had manicures, pedicures, hair cuts, and even a massage. We live over an hour away, but it is worth the trip, I just get more than one service done and truly enjoy my pamper days at Rig!
