The staff was very friendly and personable. Those are things I appreciate. Every person I came in contact with was very nice.

I had an appointment today and I was very surprised by how serious they are taking covid 19. It was a very nice change from things I have seen at other businesses. I felt like they were concerned, not just for their health but ours too. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door and while the person didn't have my stuff ready at the front she was very polite and kept apologizing. I was told the doctor was running a little behind but would be with me shortly. Most places don't let you know that, you are told to sit down and you wait. I felt like they cared about my time not just the doctors schedule. And honestly I didn't even wait that long. I took 1 lap around the store looking at glasses and was called to the back. Evan Andrews was new for me, I have had the same eye guy for years so that made me nervous. But he was very pleasant. He walked me through everything he did, showed me the pictures and explained what everything meant. I felt very informed about the health of my eyes and he seemed to take more care when my readings were a little off from last year. He seemed to be going above and beyond checking and rechecking things to try to make things more clear for me. I was very appreciative when I left not just for the service I got, but the care and attention to detail that came with my appointment. Very well done. I am happy I stayed with Clarkson Eye care after the Rinkov change. I very rarely leave comments but I feel it's important to share the good reviews as it makes a difference to me when customer service is involved. Thank you Clarkson Eye Care. Hoping my experience will be the same for everyone else too.

Being a loyal, satisfied customer for about 20 years, my family has always felt right at home at Rinkov's Broad St location. My most recent visit, since the transition to Clarkson Eyecare, was seamless and still felt like home. Thanks for the great personable service for all these years!

My daughter has been going to Rinkov/Clarkson for years. She was happy to see Dr. Coburn again. She was also happy, as was I, with office staff. The ladies were new to us and were very kind and professional.

I always have a positive experience when I go for my eye exams. The doctor has a wonderful chair-side manner, explains everything in layman's terms and has a wealth of knowledge, has no problem educating his patient. I visited the 4708 W. Broad St location. Thanks

They were sweet and professional. The doctor was funny and did a great job. The only problem I have is that I was scheduled for a check-up a year from now even though I need to be seen 4 months from now. I have to call and make sure they change the appointment.
