6One of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever been to. The employees in the pharmacy are careless, rude unnecessary slow and should definitely be retrained or at least educated on hospitality, multitasking, and maybe conserving time!
They take forever to fill precriptions! They are very unprofessional and act like your disturbing them.
Never had a real issue beside the WU sometimes dont work but I just stop going to them for WU and go to the market across the strret, the pharmacy is always slow so i just have my Dr.fax over the script and pick it up the next day after i received the 2nd notification that the script is ready. Outside of that never experienced a rude employee or the store being unorganized just plan ahead when going to pharmacy there will be at least an hr wait
This place is a joke when it comes to filling scripts. They say you have to wait 2 hrs or more for a script.one script! Outrageous. I told them tonight that I have a driver since I am in a cast and they could care less. I will call corporate tomorrow. EVERY TIME I GO THERE THEY ARE SUPER SLOW AND MOST OF THEM ARE RUDE AS HECK.
Horrible pharmacy. Please listen to reviews and do not fill here. Do yourself a favor and go to a nearby rite aid and fill. The pharmacist would not fill my out of city prescription (not even out of state) because he "didnt feel comfortable" even though it was from a hospital. He could have called the hospital and confirmed but refused to do so for no reason. I went to another right aid 5 miles down and they fill out my prescription with no issue. Something is really wrong with the people who work here. Needs to clean house!
