I called about a new prescription and Clara answered and went above and beyond to help me pay less for my medication! I truly appreciate her and everything she did to help me!

Refused a diabetic his insulin when he was in need of his medicine when his sugar was dropping and they denied him in the car right in front of me in line because they were going on lunch break then tried to refuse me my medicine for the same reason and then when he gave me my medicine he didn't give me the right amount he purposely gave me a month's supply when my doctor orders us three month supply because he was upset that he couldn't go on his lunch break and on top of that all morning they've been calling me telling me my medicine is ready and then when I get up there they would tell me it's a 2-hour wait and it's not ready yet

The front end staff are wonderful but unfortunately that doesn't make uo for the way the pharmacy treats people. Most of the time I've seen the technicians being rude to customers even in emergencies. Today I actually witnessed them deny a diabetic his insulin in lue of their lunch.disgusting.

This pharmacy is very prompt and organized, never had issues! I switched to them from the pharmacy across. Just good things to say about the pharmacist and pharmacy tech that works in this location!

Staff are INCREDIBLY HELPFUL

I was looking for a specific item, and a staff member (Bob) came over and asked if I needed help. He pointed me in the right direction and even led me to the correct aisle I was easily able to find everything I was looking quickly thanks to the staff at Rite Aid thank you!

Absolutely by far the worse service ever First you wait over 20 minutes with no help or someone to come t the window to help Then the prescription that was given to me wasn't even filled properly I got a bottle of powder instead of the amoxicillin liquid that I was supposed to get for my son now I'm here again waiting and it literally took the gentleman 20 minutes to come to the window to address the car in front of me the service here is absolutely deplorable and it's always been like that since I've come to this pharmacy

Someone always greet customers upon entering. Pharmacy was helpful as always. They usually have everything I need.

Love this place I get my medicine and my son's medicine here and shop a lil bit they are very respectful and polite I would recommend to anyone

You gotta give them a star because is mandatory, the worst customer service I have ever seen at a farmacy, you have to wait for the longest at the window most time no one said Nada, " no I'll be with you soon" or anything. They got a bunch of kids working the farmacy like the are working at Krispy Kreme! Looks like the Clark/Fulton neighborhood Have not expectation and how the business they made rich treat them so badly.

I called this Rite Aid in advance to see if they had my perception in stock before I drove all the way from the east side to get it filled because none near me had what I needed in stock. One of the employees put me on hold to checked and see if they had it on hand. They came back to the phone and said “YES” We Have It”, but when I got there, they said that they didn’t have it. So if u call in advance, don’t trust that they will have what you need available. Walgreens across the street or discount drug mart may be of better service.

I had to call several times about my script, that was transferred from Walgreens, they said they would txt me about. Never gotten a response, I needed my script delivered, and they said the delivery was gone for the day.it was 9: 00 in the morning.

I have switched from another Rite Aid to this location do to moving in the area. The people are very nice but have had the inconvenience of my prescriptions not being auto filled like I have asked and at times being auto filled at the previous location. I have had this problem on a few occasions and called to get auto refilled off from old location and fixed at this location. Still the inconvenience happens. Think I'm going to make a switch at this point.
