Rite Aid, Geneva OH

Great pharmacy. I would give the pharmacy alone 5 stars. They go above and beyond to do their best. Sometimes glitches occur with the computer systems or a sudden "deluge" of incoming customers needing prescriptions, but they always maintain as calm as possible and maintain professionalism. Indeed, they seek to develop positive relationships with their regular customers.

Good store. Helpful people. Asked for a recommendation and the pharmacist came out to help.

A good pharmacy store, shop here if I'm in need of medical supplies such as bandages, pain reliever, etc. Also came here for a Covid vaccination shot. Was a easy process

Here for my covid vaccine and was standing around for 25 minutes in line waiting for my turn when apparently you need to sign in. Didnt know because they have 0 signage about what to do when you get there for the vaccine. What a disorganized disaster. I got there for my vaccine at 11: 50 and left at 1: 00.

Thanks to Pharmacist Andrew and Pharmacy staff for easing the worry and anxiety with getting the COVID Vaccine, for a comfortable, timely and professional experience. I have been to this Rite Aid on a number of occasions. It is my favorite store (and pharmacy) with friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service.

My experiences at the Geneva Rite Aid are always very positive. The staff is friendly and helpful and the pharmacy staff are professional and efficient. In addition to getting my medications filled regularly, I also had my COVID vaccine given by Andrew, the pharmacist. After telling him that I am really afraid of shots, he was so funny and made me feel at ease. The shot didn't hurt at all and I was so excited to be vaccinated.

I absolutely love this Rite Aid and the employees here! The pharmacist, Andrew, provided such excellent, outstanding customer service. He was so friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was very happy to receive such professional, high quality service at this pharmacy. It is clearly evident how much the pharmacist here cares about customers and their health needs.

I was very impressed by the pharmacist at this Rite Aid. Andrew administered my vaccine, and he was awesome. That was probably the least painful shot I’ve ever had. I was genuinely impressed by how professional he was to me and to the other customers. He was able to keep the pharmacy moving quickly while taking care of a lot of people. And despite how much he was multitasking, he was above and beyond kind and caring to me and everyone I heard him speak to. Thoroughly impressed.

This is a really nice pharmacy! The pharmacist, Andrew, is very helpful and kind when answering all my questions. He also is much better at giving shots than other places that I have been.

Your average Rite Aid! Surprisingly they're still selling Android tablets running Android 4.0 with just a single gigabyte of RAM for over $100!

Trying to leave for a family Christmas vacation in the morning. My mom had her DR.call rite aid and approved the prescription to be filled today. Unfortunately the pharmacist think they are doctors and can say no. It’s 2 days early but my mom received Dr approval, but the pharmacist over rode the doctor. THANKS RITE AID FOR COMPLETELY MESSING UP OUR VACATION. Can’t leave till Sunday now. If you need a prescription I would recommend going ANYWHERE but this place. WHAT A JOKE!
