Their pharmacist Stephanie refused to fill my fiancé's prescription because the doctor changed her medication. She has brain damage, my fiancé that is lol. If the pharmacists daughter had brain damage, I'm sure she would get whatever she needed. Abuse of power and position. Plus the staff overall is incompetent and repeatedly unfriendly.

The pharmacy literally never answers their phone. I've called multiple days, various times, never an answer. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's where I get my scripts. Very friendly people at the pharmacy. Very friendly people at the front checkout. Prices are kinda high well really high. But good service.

I have been a customer for rite aid for several years and in the past 2 to 3 years I go to pharmacy to pick up prescription and I always never fail always have to come back because they have to order the script.
First why can't you keep inventory in. Second if a customer has to come back for the same issue each and every month it gets tiring and disrespectful
After my current refills run out I am done with this pharmacy it can never keep any diabetic prescription in stock and I'm sick of being told oh I have to order it you'll need to come back tomorrow.

How about keep your stuff stocked and quit making excuses to your customers for your poor performs and poor inventory management.

Very friendly staff, prescriptions are filled quickly and they always have everything in stock. There is an ATM, the store has everything there you really need.

I had no problems at all. The people that were checking us in and giving the shot were mice and they helped me quick.

The lady’s at the front check out counter go over and above to help you! Great people!
