Absolutely HORRIBLE, rude, uncaring, unfriendly, RIDICULOUS waiting times. They will forget about you and they don’t care.

I really hate to give a negative review but I have to. This place is understaffed every time I come to this establishment I have a long wait in line and most of the time the products I need they do not have them.

The pharmacy can be slow sometimes, but the staff is very patient and kind. I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now, and the vast majority of the pharmacy staff is amazing. Not to mention the employees working the register up front— they’re absolutely fantastic.

I stopped in this morning at the rite aid today 01-29-23, I noticed that the ATM machine indicated out of order, So I then grabbed a few reese cups &: proceeded to the cashier, As I entered my pin number on my debit card, The screen was showing did I want cash back, I entered $40 cash back, The cashier older lady with glasses said I don't have it, I guess she (Cashier) tried to cancel the cash back, But it went through anyway, She then began to yell at me saying "I told you I did not have it" I told her to stop yelling at me, Then she told me to get out the store, She started cursing at me on my way out the door, And I started cursing back at her, The security officer who I thought was a man began to follow me outside threatening me. Im contacting the corporate office first thing in the morning so they can review the camera,
