Rite Aid, Mansfield OH

I am changing my choice of pharmacy back to Kroger at end of year. The main thing is the pharmacy phone # is either out of order or rings busy every time I try to renew by phone. In addition, the last time I ordered a prescription, I had to follow up for a couple of days until I was finally told they had not heard back from physician. It would have been good to know that so I could have contacted the physician and get it taken care of sooner.

Bad experience employees not co-operative, not helpful, one medicine they gave me and second medicine they told me like 4 hours. Already they send me RX is ready and pick after Than waiting for RX.

I like the pharmacy, but the front end employees at the check out are sometimes unfriendly and unwelcoming. The pharmacy associates are one of the reasons I stay at this pharmacy. They are very friendly and helpful. I wish the Rite Aid app was more reliable so I didn't have to call the pharmacy as often. The store's location is very convenient and there's plenty of parking. My visits usually are fast and I like that too.

The workers was very helpful especially that short emo girl I think her name is ary she lead my to the toy aisle so I could look at all the toys

Kind of upset right now, I pull up 5 minutes before 10 and the lady tells me they're closed. I explain to her it's not ten yet, her reply is, "we're closed. "
As I'm pulling away a lady walks in.
I really only needed one item.

Some of the employees are nice, some aren't. But I guess you'll have that anywhere, "rite"?
I work retail. We don't lock the doors until it's closing time, if there are customers in the store at closing we don't rush, we help them. If your operating hours are until 9: 55 pm during weekdays, please update this so your customers are aware. Thanks.
