Rite Aid, Ashtabula OH

It was a big mistake for them to close down the Rite Aid by Taco Bell. I feel bad for all the people who got prescriptions their that don't have a car and now have to switch to Walgreens or walk 40 minutes over to this one by the hospital. 100% will be going through Walgreens from now on.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a pharmacy so I only buy things that are on sale. I wasn't crazy about Liquid Death but if you don't mind seltzer water you might like it.

Not being able to reach the pharmacy or store AT ALL because it goes immediately to a disconnected tone is absurd.

The fact that this store has so many 5 star reviews is mind-boggling. I have not once had a positive experience here. From my phone number being attached to the wrong person, my sons name being input backwards taking forever to find the script, to today when i came to pick up my medication. The pharmacist had his back to the window on the computer so i pressed the call button.no reaction so i wait patiently thinking he may be the only one available. After about 2 minutes of sitting he turns around and waves at me. Okay cool he knows I’m here. I can see he’s talking but i can’t see anyone else from the window. After another 3 minutes 2 other people come from the back. The 2 ladies continue to have their conversation laughing and carrying on. FINALLY this older lady comes to the window and has the nastiest attitude as if i didn’t just see her laughing and cutting it up with her coworkers. I will no longer be doing business here. Get your act together.

The absolute BEST Rite Aid that I've ever been to. I would not even consider going anywhere else. The people giving a negative review are usually on some type of agenda. I'm constantly in this particular store and it's always top notch.
