James Pilgrim was very helpful and efficient. He and his colleague, who assisted me when he was off for the day, helped me find the premium carpet for a fantastic sale price. He was quick to price (even on his day off). The installer was there early and laid the carpet with quality and quickness. He even cleaned up well and was very polite.

Mr. Paul Kendrick helped get me what I wanted for my new home. His practical advice and knowledge of the materials on hand at the store helped guide us to a our decision. My spouse and I are ultimately happy with the decision we made here.

No problem (so far) with carpet installation.but only a week has passed.disappointing in that cleanup after job was virtually non existent. I'd rate 3.5 - but that choice not available.

Patient and knowledgeable salesman Jamie Pilgrim greeted me and thoroughly helped me through the process of choosing and purchasing new kitchen flooring at a good price. The store offered a great selection of options. At no time did I ever experience any pressure to exceed my budget.

We had some very stubborn tile to remove so that we could make the floor all one level. It was a complicated project, but they got the job done in time for us to move in on time.

Installers showed up when they said that they were oils be here. They were very polite and did an awesome job. They were very professional and sir and excellent job from start to finish. They were only at my house for 1 hour. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and were great with the baseboards. I have plans for laying more carpet and will definitely use Rite Rug again.
