Eric was amazing. It was such an easy project. He was so helpful and thorough. The measurements and his help picking color and style truly made this easy. The install was so fast and quality of work was outstanding.

I love my hardwood flooring. The installation crew were fantastic! Even the salesman Chris was great!

Very unprofessional in regards to following up with a customer to schedule install. Two managers at the store failed to refund my money when I canceled the carpet install because they were taking so long I got a different floor installed. The regional manager handled it very quickly.

Don the salesman did a great job helping us get the right product and scheduling the installation. Weimar and Jose were excellent installers who worked with us and created a beautiful floor.

Product and look are good. Installers worked hard and fast but really dinged up baseboards and left a mess. This includes nails and screws left in rooms where new flooring was not even installed. Scrap wood and razor blades left in bushes outside as well as nails and screws. Just messy with little communication.

Customer service is absurd. This company should be shut down for the way they do business and the reviews prove their work is not worth your time or money. Go somewhere else.

What an adventure. Not only was I not told during my in-store visit that I was under the required sq.feet number, and had to pay an additional fee despite their mistake, they installed the wrong carpet. When I called, the gentleman on the phone seemed very unconcerned about it stating “I’m on my way out for the day and we’ll need picture proof to compare. ” That’s fine. I sent it and was told “yep that’s for sure the wrong carpet. We’ll get that addressed sometime next week. ” NEXT WEEK? I paid to have (correct) carpet installed in a friendly time frame, and I’m receiving neither of those things. So I have to take another day off work to sit around (they don’t provide an install time, just a day) and wait for them to fix their mistake. Turns out the color of carpet I ordered shared a name with another style but no one crossed checked when it left the warehouse. I’m all about forgiving mistakes, as they happen to all of us, but not when a lot of money is involved and people don’t have spare time to sit around and wait for other’s mistakes to be corrected.

Everything was good the installers were great. Very business and got the job done quickly. Very clean and friendly. Made sure all was good before leaving

From a lackadaisical support to a lack of product knowledge and ignorance of price (no labels and incorrect information by the sales staff), my question is simply this - how do they compete for business at all? The flooring material used in the shop? Don't know! Do you have Cali Bamboo? Yes.here is Cali Vinyl (chalk and cheese)! It was clear in the 15m we spent there that we would not want to trust them with price, information, and installation. 2 stars because they have product choices. Only 2 stars because they can't compete on price and instilling confidence in the buyer. Sigh!

We went to RiteRug when we replaced all the flooring in our house when we moved in. So it was the obvious choice when we needed to replace the basement carpet after resolving some water issues. The sales person (we worked with Don Johnson) listened to us and found us the best carpet and pad within our smaller budget. We had it installed within 2 weeks of walking into the store! The installer (yes, just one!) was efficient and clean and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. We’d definitely recommend RiteRug to anyone!

The entire process was hassle-free. Don showed up on time to measure and explained every step. The installation was quick and professional. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely use RiteRug for future flooring needs.
