RiteRug Flooring - Dublin

I had damage to my wall upon installation and have been put off by both the sales department and the customer service department. It's been three weeks since I contacted them regarding the issue, and they don't seem at all interested in making me a happy customer with their service.

Excellent communication re delivery and installation times. Some issues with measuring area to have carpeted. This was rectified by Rick @ store location. It would be 5 star if no issue with measurements.

Our salesperson, Steven Peck, was excellent! We wish all salespeople were as good. We highly recommend him. The new carpet is a wonderful upgrade over what we had. The installers were very efficient and did a fantastic job.

Both bathroom floor and bedroom are doing good although the bathroom guy didn't have enough pieces so he had to turn it sideways than how I would like it. He really tried.
The carpet guys done fine as well. They really had to move heavy stuff and a piece of my bed headboard where there is a storage door came off. Being that the furnitures are heavy, I will just hire somebody to come and fix it. They left without saying goodbye nor having worked paper fir nè to sign. I was busy talking to the ADT guy and missed him. I called him back to tip him and the other two. Overall, I am satisfied with the jobs although they can do better.

Great salesperson. Jamie Payne.took the time to understand and respond to our needs. Great installation crew did an excellent job. Would purchase from RiteRug Flooring again without hesitation.

I called as soon as the installer left to say how pleased I am. He did a beautiful job and was most professional.

Installers were great! The floors look so nice. They cleaned up and got done when promised. Salesman was great also and easy to work with. Only issue is we got stuck with a lot of flooring. Wished salesman had estimated better because that's a lot of extra $.

Steven Peck helped us pick the perfect carpeting for a lake house living room. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Installers were efficient and attention to detail was great. We are so happy with the feel and look of the carpeting!

I had a flooring install done on the 18th of September. The carpet smelled like gasoline and diesel fuel. Now on the 28th I am still begging to get this carpet situation fixed. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD TO HUNT THEM DOWN TO GET SOMEBODY TO SPEAK TO. CALLED IMMEDIATELY AFTER INSTALL. NOTHING. LEFT DOZENS OF MESSAGES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MANAGER OF THE DUBLIN STORE. NO RESPONSE.

My salesperson ghosted me as soon as he got my check. Misrepresented the quality of the carpet. Sloppy install, horrible smell ruined my furniture, what do I have - nothing but excuses and unreturned phone calls. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RITE RUG UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR WHOLE HOME TO SMELL LIKE A GAS STATION - BE PREPARED TO FIND ALTERNATE HOUSING BECAUSE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO LIVE IN YOUR HOUSE WITH THE SMELL. AND THEY DON'T CARE.

Nice response. If you've managed to even read my review you will understand that no one works in customer service. I've been sitting here for almost 2 hours waiting for your customer service manager to call me back. NOTHING NO RESPONSE. Automated responses of empathy are ridiculous. Respect your customers or at least acknowledge their existence. Poor optics. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

Needed about 1000 square feet of carpet for my son’s recently purchased home.
Had an extremely tight timeline due to movers and large painting project.

Sales rep, Jamie Payne, went out of her way to accommodate and get the carpet installed in just a few days. True pro.

Installers were absolutely excellent. Extremely clean, careful w/ newly painted walls and very helpful.

Carpet and install look truly outstanding and professional.

Will use RiteRug and Jamie Payne in the near future.
