RiteRug Flooring in Grandview, Columbus OH

After 15 days of getting what should have been a 1 day job completed the flooring looks beautiful however, they had to come back 2 times to complete the job due to they never ordered enough material to get the job completed in 1 day.

Had bathroom flooring installed. From Jeff the salesperson to Irvine who installed the floor it was a great experience. Both men were knowledgeable, professional and attentive to our needs. Gentlemen from Plumbing and Drains come to put back the toilet. They found a problem, talked about options and possibilities in repair with estimates. They were able to complete the repair the same day. They were knowledgeable, professional and honest in discussing the problem. They were contracted through Rite Rug. Thanks for the great floor and hard work!

Nikki the sales person took her time and was very helpful. Carpet installers were polite, cleaned up nicely after installation and carpets look great.

Overdue update: Rite Rug sent a more experienced installer out and he corrected the problem, so I upgraded rating from 2 starts to 4 stars.

Bought both carpeting and LUxury Vinyl flooring. Everything was fine with salesperson. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. But not at all happy with quality of carpet installation. Have notified sales staff that there are problems. We will see how well they stand behind their product. This would have been a five star rating if not for the low quality installation. If they make this right I will update my review accordingly.

Great company to do business with, had glued down wood flooring removed and replaced with laminate.
