The installers very very good and professional.they were quick but also clean and did an excellent job.they never took a break until job was complete.

Amazing interaction. Byron was great to work with. He listened to what I was wanting, offered a few options, and I got exactly what I wanted. Pricing was great. And they got my install completed in less than a week. I went to several carpet stores and this one was the best.

The employees at the outlet store were friendly, polite and very helpful as were the installers. They did a great job. Very happy with it.

This hasn’t been a good experience. I had to take 2 days off of work and still they can’t complete my simple carpet job. Just a small basement and steps.
Just got my bill and now I have to pay for something that isn’t finished. Try to explain to the assistant manger at the Poth rd store and he said it wasn’t his job. Guess I should have went somewhere else. Will update this as I hear more.

Got remnant bound rugs for very inexpensive. $30 for an 8 by 10 rug. We bought 2. Cant do better than that.

Well done. The team came in, removed all the old carpet and padding, cleaned up, placed the new padding and carpet down, while moving the furniture and placing it back. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Rite Rug.

Very pleased with the entire process of ordering carpet and the staff’s ability to work with my schedule for installation. The price at the outlet was incredible. Highly recommend this company.

Installation went great. Kudos to a job well done at a reasonable price in a timely manner.

Beware if you live in a complex, they will charge you an additional $300 to use elevators. I was lucky and canceled my order before they charged me this surprise fee.

Update. Contacted customer service as the default response indicated. Customer service was very helpful to follow up with my concerns…. BUT the company still refused to remove the surprise $300 fee from the cost of the project. They are not transparent about the extra fees when quoting for projects.

Great job by Seth the sales person. Seth was in constant communication with everything.the installers we very professional and did a heck of a job.this is the 2nd house we have used RiteRug and would use them a 3rd time.

Initial setup was a little bit rocky. Even though wife & I physically pointed to carpet & pad we wanted, he quoted us incorrectly, so went to pay and ended up paying more than discussed.

However, one technician completed install quickly. Our trim is pretty chipped up but the carpet looks great.

Proceed with caution, just be diligent and watch them closely on the process to make sure you are getting what you want. End result, we are happy with.

I am a contractor who was hired by Lakisa Williams at Rite Rug to repair a window mechanism alledgedly damaged by one of her installers during a job. Even though the damage did not appear to be caused by her team, Lakisa worked closely with me to solve the problem to the customer's satisfaction. That's great customer service!
