Did a nice from start to finish salesman both at home and store. The only thing the installer never called.

Chris helped with advice on which carpeting to choose. Alex did an excellent job of tearing out the old and installing the new carpet, including completely cleaning up. Jay helped with questions along the way. The new stairways look beautiful and we would definitely recommend Rite Rug in Heath, Ohio.

The carpet we bought is a good grade and we're very happy with it.
Also, the installers were great. There were a lot of cuts that the rooms had, and it all looks wonderful.
Yeah, we'll for sure use them for the rest of the house!

Love my carpet. My salesman did not always callback when I left messages. On delivery my carpet was cut short so had to wait an extra day but they corrected that very quickly and were back the next day. The installers were very nice and did their work professionally.

From the sales associates to the installers the experience was excellent! They treated my wife and mother with utmost respect and by the time I was able to see the flooring both associates was great help. Paid and got my floors installed within a week! Will be going back to finish the rest of the house!

Shopping and buying process was easy. Salesman was very friendly and helpful. The installers were great. They got the job done, despite some challenges with a leaky toilet, not their fault. The job looks great!
One issue was the communication between buying and installation. There was little to no communication about scheduling, preparation, timing, etc. That was frustrating to plan around.
All in all, everything turned out great.

Sales rep was very helpful. I bought carpet and rolled linoleum. Paid for carpet to be installed and that came right away and the guys did an amazing job. It took weeks for the linoleum and I had to call to find out if it came in. When it came in I borrowed a truck to pick it up. I also live almost an hour away. They gave me the wrong one. I didn’t realize it until getting ready to lay it (they wanted more to lay it then it cost). When I called to tell them they wanted me to bring it back and argued with me saying they didn’t have a truck to bring it. Another 2 weeks and I call back and tell them I want a refund; the next day it gets delivered. Linoleum and carpet are exactly what I wanted.

First off, we worked with Jordan in the Heath store, he was great.
Now, we had our floors done, they looked amazing. We even paid more to have them move our furniture and put everything back because we have 2 very young children and I do not have time for that! Here’s the problem, they did not plug my deep freezer back in. I didn’t see it for over 9 hours. I have my breast milk stored in that freezer. I put a bright red paper on it that said “breast milk in here. Plug back in immediately” And then verbally told them the same. I don’t even care about the food in the freezer, but my milk is irreplaceable. I worked so hard for that stash. I called the store and corporate, no one seemed to care. I know nothing can be done to replace my premature babies only source of food, but I really just wanted someone to say “that really sucks, I’m so sorry that happened”. There was zero accountability and I would hate for that to happen to any other moms.

Great sale price allowed us to stay within our initial budget. Salesman and the staff were knowledgeable and courteous. The installers did a great job and were very polite and professional. Great all-around experience.

Our Rite Rug experience was fantastic! Jordan did an amazing job working with us to make the right choice to purchase our beautiful carpet at an affordable price! The installers worked so efficiently to install and clean up, and were respectful to us and to our property! I would not hesitate to use them again!

From sales to install implementation easy process. Now to get the remnant cut to aize and edged!

Rite Rug installed a beautiful vinyl floor in our living room, dining room and kitchen yesterday. The entire experience from meeting with the manager and having the floor installed was easy and everyone was very nice and professional. We will definitely use this store again when we need additional flooring.

Installers were efficient, seemed knowledgeable. Sales person never called after installation to see if we were satisfied.
