Ritzy's, Columbus OH

Killer burgers, always tastes fresh and the customer service is friendly and patient with people unaccustomed to the menu and toppings. Haven't tried the ice cream but it looks pretty amazing as well.

Burger was exactly what I needed.nice semi greasy old school burger.definitely hit the spot. Fries could've been cooked a bit less but weren't bad. I think staff was a bit stressed but they were doing their best to make light if it which was entertaining while waiting and I mean that respectfully.times are hard and it is nice to see folks try to make tough situations better situations keep up the great work folks

Clearly did not pass the service in my eye. My husband ordered ice cream and was served, then I was ignored while 2 other guys who were ordering food also ordered ice cream. I stood there flabbergasted and decided to just pay instead of trying something. I was still ignored. I went to table and my husband went back up to tell him he wanted to pay. I guess he likes men only. I tried my hubby's ice cream, was Not impressed. I don't recommend.

It was absolutely amazing! I went there after my internship. I have never been there and they were super friendly they helped me decide what I wanted. They were just so outstanding can not wait to eat there again.

The family liked the food however I did not get a chance to taste it as my burger as it was covered in mustard and I did not ask for mustard nor do I like mustard. Ordering feels like it's rushed. A single order of fries is totally shareable with another person.

Very average and overpriced. The burger was fine, just not $8 good. It was no better than Wendy's. The fries at $4 were overcooked and mixed in with older over cooked fries. I ate a couple and threw away the rest. With a drink, combo was $15. I wanted to like it, it was my first and last time coming here.

Fact: I've knowed Graydon Webb since the 50's when we used to ride bikes, do the loop dee loop, and play cowboys and India's. Graydon invented GD Ritzy's back in '81 or '82 I can't rightly recall which. If I remember later I'll write back.

Foot Long HD's were sting in their casing and could not even bite. Not satisfied with it and when mentioned to them they just handed me a plastic knife and said yeah you just have to cut it up.
Attitude was like "Oh well that's your problem".

Burgers, a chicken sandwich, fries and ice cream for a party of four. Everything was great. The burgers were juicy, the chicken was tender, and the fries were thin cut and tasty. The staff was friendly and efficient. We'd definitely go back again.

Not so great to be honest. It's pretty basic. My son got a hamburger & chilli cheese fries & a vanilla milk shake. I a grilled chicken sandwich w bacon & a chocolate shake. My son said the chilli cheese fries were salty & the chilli was sweet which he didn't like. To me the milk shake taste like old or spoiled milk. $30 down the drain. Staff was ok. Place was clean. But Honestly save your money for something actually tasty. Not worth it.

They're very nice, last week I wanted a chicken sandwich but they were out at the moment and told me I had to wait 15 mins
I waited and they apologized and gave me my sandwich for free and it was AMAZING
Their ice cream is great too

The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was fantastic. I got a Burger and some ice cream in a waffle cone. Their waffle cones are delicious! There is something a little extra in them making them unlike your basic waffle cone. I will be going back for future lunch breaks!

Be prepared to give your order to at least 3 people and then again to the cashier. Ridiculousness. Burger was overcooked and dry and the fries were chewy, not fresh. Boyfriend's burger was better than mine or this would be a one star review

Delicious! Amazing! Will be back, and often! And certainly a quick flashback to my childhood.

This whole time, growing up in West Virginia, I thought our G. D. Ritzy's was the only one.loved going there as a kid and teen!

So you can imagine my surprise when one popped up close to me here in Columbus. I've put off going because I didn't want to be disappointed and just knew it couldn't be the same! Boy. Was. I. WRONG!

Ordered an "Itzy Ritzy" (single) with bacon, cheese, pickles, onions, lettuce and BBQ. SO so so delicious! They have thin patties which provides some crisp. Bacon was perfect. Bun was a little sweet and had a slight crisp/croissant flavor. Had a side of shoe string fries.you have to order with cheese sauce, if you don't you're not Ritzying right! Literally felt ten years old again! It was was perfect end to my day.

I even treated myself to a scoop of Carrot Cake Ice Cream, OMG! Pretty sure my brain paused and it took a minute to come back. There is so much cake in the ice cream that they can definitely give Ben and Jerry's a run for their money! But it was well balanced with the ice cream. It was absolutely perfect!

Service was fabulous!

I will say accessibility wise this is a small place. There are one or two accessible spaces in the parking lot. There is no step to enter, it's flat. Going inside it might be a little difficult for someone using a wheelchair or walker to navigate. There is indoor seating, but not much and someone in a wheelchair could feel "in the way" of other patrons. There is a counter with a plexiglass window in front of the toppings. If someone using a wheelchair would like to see see toppings, unless they sit very high in their chair, it's not likely they will be able to. I didn't check out the restrooms or if they were accessible.

5.99 for this abysmal serving. When asked about the serving size the manager just tells me he can’t do anything about the price, I said “you can give me more ice cream. He said “I can’t “ I said “I’m never coming here again” he just said “I’m sorry to hear that”. What kind of lazy, unmotivated management does this company hire? ! I’m from Akron/Copley and I never had such terrible service in my life.

Food was quick and good for the most part. I like the burger a lot but didn’t like the chili fries. It was a soupy type of chili and we only ate a few bites of it. Veggies were fresh. There’s outdoor seating but they’re very small tables and there’s only a few. Parking lot is small and compact but people seem to be in and out pretty quick. We couldn’t find a grassy area to lay a blanket down and eat so we just popped my trunk and ate in the back of my car with the windows open. It was a nice little lunch, affordable and quick.

A great local hamburger joint. The food was fresh and tasted great. They had a lot of options for hamburgers. The fries were thin and crispy. Not my personal favorite but they were fine. They also have ice cream.

The environment has a diner feel. It’s a fast casual place. Order at the counter and then sit down to eat. Service was fast and friendly.

Very pricey for what you get. $6.50 for a burger that was dry. $6 for a milk shake that was so thin, it had consistency of just milk. Save your money and go to steak and shake. Better food for better price.

Food was ready in a timely manner. Communication was a bit challenging with all the noise and talking through masks but that's no one's fault. Our order was correct so no harm done.

Everything was great. Definitely coming back.

My son and I stumbled across this place when we were in the area. The 50's vibes pulled us in. The food was good, burger very thin but made quickly and no wait. I only give 3 stars because the customer service or lack thereof, was very dry and unwelcoming. We excitedly said "this place is very cool, we've never been here before" and the guy helping us dryly stated "There's the menu" upon leaving I thanked the staff and they just looked at me. Sadly we won't be back as we didn't feel welcomed.
