Rivercrest OB/GYN, Perrysburg OH

Went to new doctor new doctor said they didn’t do have the test they were supposed to be for how far along she was in the lost her paperwork and Test two times do not recommend they are very unprofessional

Never in my life did I expect to have a c-section I felt so pushed into it by dr Markwood and his wife every time they came into the room they were talking about a c-section n after so much nagging and saying it was unsafe to keep waiting I gave in. I’m a teen mom and I feel like that’s why they felt so comfortable disrespecting me and the birth I planned to have.dr markwood and his wife disregarded the fact I told them I wanted wait to cut the umbilical cord and I wanted my boyfriend to cut the umbilical cord.it was a truly traumatizing birth experience because of them.i wish I would’ve switched ob Sooner bc when I talk to my new dr she was in disbelief of the treatment from them. I would rate this a zero but it’s not possible so I give them a 1.

Awful, awful, awful. Was diagnosed with endometriosis and had a laparoscopy to confirm I had it by my NP at this office. My diagnosis for endometriosis was confirmed during the operation. The NP refused to give me anything for pain other than Tylenol 3s. I was in AGONY. She even chastised me in the office for going to the ER 5 days post-op for pain. She literally told me I "have no reason to be in pain this young". Guess she completely missed all signs of my fibromyalgia despite me begging for help. 9 months of a doctor who actually cares putting me on Cymbalta (NOT A NARCOTIC) and I'm a new person. I believe it was Dr. Lauren or Laurens I saw at this office. Idk. She's blond and skinny and obnoxiously condescending. Hopefully nobody else gets subjected to this kind of dismissal. Smh.

Dr markwood and his staff are amazing! Never in a million years did I think I would ever be comfortable with a male gyno but he's perfect! Makes you feel comfortable. When I miscarried, he was the perfect balance of sympathic and comforting! Would highly recommend him to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful practice. Masks are still required, which is GREAT! Front desk was very lovely. Waiting time in the lobby was minimal. Dr. Mutgi is extremely kind and patient. Can’t say enough about the wonderful staff here!

I have been going to this office for over 10 years. Love the staff! Dr. Mutgi delivered all 3 of my babies and my husband and I absolutely love her. She always answers our many questions and is so patient. The entire staff is great and would highly recommend this practice.

I cannot recommend Rivercrest OB/GYN enough. Each physician is amazing, there wasn’t one that I didn’t like. Dr Mutgi is my doctor and I actually look forward to going because she is easy to talk with, she listens to you, unlike many doctors and I feel like she truly cares. You aren’t just a number at Riverside, you are treated like family.

I would not recommend this place found out was pregnant was told to get blood work to confirm told i would be called in few days a week after I had to call then was told couldn't be seen until 12 weeks at that appointment was in a not even 5 minute ultra sound which was given no information on how baby was then was told high risk and told need new ob. Being high risk and not them taking time for a doctor at their facility to make sure everything is OK before referring me was not appropriate.

Dr. Markwood is phenomenal! His calm and casual demeanor helped me feel so at ease with the quick changes during labor & he took the time to come in and check on me late at night before he left the hospital. Couldn't recommend this office more!

Horrible OB. The staff was rude.they just leave u sitting in the waiting room for endless amounts of time. All round horrible service

I love Dr. Sutherland! She has a wonderful personality and makes sure I feel comfortable at each visit. I could not ask for a better OB/GYN. I also like the new location, less stress on the road.

After a referral from a friend I decided to start coming to this practice. I was surprised to see such a low star rating. I’ve had a great experience with every dr. My faves are Russell and Mutgi. I had one experiences on the phone where the lady was short with me and just assumed she was busy or having a bad day. But every in-person experience has been more than pleasant. I’d recommend them.

Wouldn't let me be present for the ultrasound and information about my first child. You claim it was for COVID safety BUT then you sent us to the Hospital for blood work IN THE SAME ROOM WITH PEOPLE WITH COVID WHO ARE BEING TREATED FOR COVID! Clearly your "precautions" are designed to harm more than help.

I had a wonderful experience with dr. Mutgi. She is so understanding and calm and positive. Unfortunately I have to deliver my baby in another country otherwise I would love the baby to be delivered by Dr. Mutgi.

I have seen Dr Sutherland for 9 years now & i love love love her! Dr Sutherland & Dr Markwood have delivered both of my boys via c section & with how absolutely nervous i was they talked to me the entire time, told me what they were doing & handled both of my babies with such care & compassion. Both of my deliveries were amazing thanks to them! Not to mention Dr Markwood & Dr Sutherland work great together & are hilarious! Thank you for such memorable times!
