Great place to live if you like drug dealers, gangs, roaches and the sweet sounds of gunfire at night.

Something needs to be done, it is deplorable living conditions that our elders are living in- they are INFESTED with bedbugs, & mice, rats and roaches! WHOM EVER OWNS THIS PLACE AND WHOM EVER MANAGES THIS PLACE BELONGS IN JAIL! Or they should have to live in here, we moved my mother in law out but she was here for 20+years and had nothing but problems and neglect from management- I feel pain in my heart for the ones who don’t have families or any where else to go who live here. Something needs to be done and this place needs to be demolished to the ground

Terrible building CMHA letting the building go down the drain, but on the 10th floor of the bridge way. You can get good views of the city skyline & downtown!

If you're not black they probably won't deal with you.free housing for black seniors in a multi million dollar property in one of the fastest growing areas of Ohio. At least they party all day on the lawn doing nothing productive

Observe any Rodents the unit was very small an handicap accessible an had higher cabinets an lower cabinets an a pantry W/Shelves a little stove an a frigerator.the hallways was really hot an muggy they have a kitchen they serve hot meals in an a foodbank comes around once a month which is a plus for some people that's all I can tell you about this place

I wouldn't advise anyone to move into this place. It has a bed bug infestation, rat roaches and just not very well kept place.

Just moving in. The location is great. I won't be socializing with people. I'll stay to myself.

Everything is very bad here. I have nothing good to say about riverview tower, they come in your apartment whenever they feel like it and take things.
