Also I met the owner Mr. Rizzi today. He was very knowledgeable and took some time explaining the different fryers and functions to me and also how they have evolved over the years. I also enjoyed some of the local pizzeria history he shared with me.
One stop shop to get your restaurant or pizzeria in order
We purchased 20k in equipment. Disappointed in the service in every way. You are going to pay 10 to 15% more for equipment here vs.online. You pay that extra price for great service and help in figuring out what you need. That was not the case. I would not recommend using them. We would have saved 2k buying online and received the same level of service. Perhaps in the past they were worth the extra money, but that doesn't seem to be the case now.
