Incompetence in all aspects. Pathetic at every level. They showed up with my engine originally at 7: 20am with no communication prior. Told me to meet them the following day around 7am and showed up at 10am without a lift gate (Which I paid for) so had to leave. Then proceeded to call me twice on back to back days asking if I'd recieved my shipment and assured me they would send a lift gate. Again, poor communication even within the buisness. Now, one week later they arrived again with no liftgate. I Borrowed a forklift from a neighboring buisness. Pallet is smashed, motor isn't strapped down, and end of cam shaft is busted. Clear signs that motor has been thrown off of pallet. This is the first negative review I've ever left. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Pathetic.

Worst delivery experience of my life. Under no circumstances use these people to do anything

One of their trucks took out my Electrical Service pole and denied fault. Shady company to deal with not worth the hassles.

R&L’s ethos is: delivery the bare minimum, nickel and dime you, hide behind technicalities and be rude to you while they’re doing it. They’re bad enough that I have stopped doing business with merchants that only offer R&L as their logistics solution.

Never received a phone call notifying us they were coming. Left it in front of our garage right as it was going to rain. To make matters worse we were out of town and the company we bought this from asked R and L carriers to hold it for us until we returned. They delivered it 3 days early. Avoid this carrier at all costs they don’t care

The contacted me and I told them we wouldn’t be home and they asked if I wanted in the garage. I told them yes and we left the door open. They left a very heavy and expensive item in the drive way
