7R + L carriers could not deliver a 7 1/2 ft slide to my house because they said they couldn't get a truck to my house because the road was too narrow. Here is a picture of a semi truck three houses down from me delivering items for a newly built home.at the bottom of my street is a turn around so truck are able to maneuver.
They will not deliver an item to my house because they said my road is too narrow. They said I would have to come and pick it up myself. I live in a residential neighborhood where houses are continually being built. Semi trucks are driving down the road and trucks that are used to lift trusses to build homes are able to travel roads but their drivers are not able to manage it. Probably time to get new drivers.
R&L’s ethos is: delivery the bare minimum, nickel and dime you, hide behind technicalities and be rude to you while they’re doing it. They’re bad enough that I have stopped doing business with merchants that only offer R&L as their logistics solution.
Very good service. Had to change from curb service to pickup at terminal and they were very helpful.
They did a great job in delivery in my grandson easter present and unloading it they brought it fast they don't mess around when they say they will bring it they will and fast great job guys the driver who bought it to my house went out of his way to help me I would really use them again great job guys
Everyone that works here is completely inept and that's an understatement. If you want your pallets and products turned into DUST then please give R&L a call.
A1service. But unfortunately ill stick with Dayton Freight from now on as theyre forklift drivers must be actually certified and dont stick a fork through my bedside for a 40 year old truck that are hard enough to find as it is.
