Was almost in a car accident after a guy in one of their company trucks ran a red light! They should keep a closer eye on their employees. Shows how much they care about safety if their workers can't even follow traffic rules.

Jusdging by all of the similar coments to mine im amazed this company is still in bussines. This company has made an absolute mess of our entire town. Tearing up cement streets and side walks and putting down poorly installed asfault patches that will botom your car out. They set up constructions zones on streets with no flaggers in site I have personally seen multiple near wrecks because of this.

Very poor safety practices and procedures. When they do work, they don't care about the people that live on the block; just that they're doing their job. They've parked personal vehicles in the middle of streets, dug holes just a few feet from residents' vehicles, and fill up the entire block with their personal vehicles causing residents to park a block from their house.

Duke Engery hired them to do work in our neighborhood. This is how our yard was left after work was done on our NEIGHBORS yard. Not to mention their inconsiderate parking on a curve in the street (no way to see if anyone is coming the other direction) with no Flagger. Followed by surrounding the cars parked on the street which led to the gum being stuck on the side of my car. And their lunch trash littering the street after they left. I would give 0 stars if possible.

They will illegally park vehicles, they will stop in the middle of intersections and leave the cab of the truck while obstructing traffic. Hopefully, no one reading this will be anywhere near one of their drivers on the road, because they don't appear to have any training or any knowledge of how to drive professionally. Bush league company, I will get their drivers cited every chance I get.

This company is doing gas line replacement in our neighborhood on behalf of Duke Energy. They do the absolute bare minimum. When they replaced the line in my yard, they drove a big excavator out on the wet grass putting track marks and ruts in the yard. Meanwhile all sorts of trash and metal was left in the yard and they forgot to paint the meter. While they did come back to fill in dirt, they didn’t pack it down or hit all the areas they destroyed. They put cheap seed on top and an absolute minimum amount of straw. I had to go out and spend $100 on seed, fertilizer, and top soil to get it back to where it was before they came in. Now I am watering my yard twice a day in July just in the hopes that some grass comes back up. I wonder what that water bill will be? Furthermore, my wife ran over something metal in the road and popped her tire. I’m sure it was just a coincidence that all the RLA trucks were parked in the street. NOT. I, however, was one of the lucky ones. People who had nice concrete sidewalk torn out in front of their homes had it replaced with cheap looking blacktop. This company is single handily trashing my neighborhood.

Incredibly rude and inconsiderate. They expect hard-working people to accommodate THEIR schedules

Parked blocking my driveway at 8: 30 am. Been tearing up my yard and was never notified in advance of any work on my property.

What gives the workers the right to talk to residents in a rude way? They're parking their personal private vehicles in residents parking spaces and when you ask them politely to move they tell you no and to park somewhere else.
They've left their work vehicles unlocked and turned on all night. Have left their hazard lights on all night. They're sloppy with their tools and have left iron bars where residents parking their cars. The cones are thrown around in yards and on curbs. I'll be calling the mayor, BBB and Odot.
