Lady in the front could care less about anyone besides who is on the other end of her cell phone and getting back to the chair I would never recommend going here for this reason she is a young blond with absolutely no manners.

These guys are always helpful when it comes to custom wheels. Well tires for that matter. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for this kind of stuff.

Do not buy your rims here they sell overpriced cheap mad products your rims will begine to peel and fall apart in 6 months and there warranty is fake if anything goes wrong with your tire or rim they will blame it on you and mske u pay more to fix if u want good rims go to rimtyme they have quality rims and staff this place here is a joke no wunder all there location are going out of buisnesd

I went into the store to check out inventory and my options, every wheel I asked about I was told they cant get them or they won't fit my truck (they will but their paper said no). Middle of coversation the person helping walked away to help other customers and I stood for an hour and left. I called the next day asking about pricing and was told they would call back with options.no call. I called again weeks later and was told they would call back and again no call. How do I get someone to help me spend my hard earned money on YOUR product? Mind blowing honestly. Sad that I read reviews describing the same unacceptable service by the same tall blonde. Cash in hand willing to spend over 3k and they could care less, how does this place stay open?

They don't seem bad but just need to learn how to talk to there customers ky is a better location

Came to the eastgate RNR and I enjoyed the process over the phone and inside the store. The entire staff was helpful, and even though they didnt have the part I needed they had the missing part within 1 business day. I can see myself returning for more work.

Mr. Richard Butler and the other staff have the knowledge needed to ensure proper vehicle service needs are met based on individual customer vehicle tire and wheel needs as well as manufacture recommends. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past; fortunately for me, RNR remembers that the customer comes first and has always made sure that upon completion of my services, that Any/all questions were answered.which is always appreciated.continue the great work!

Don't get caught up rent to own wheels and tires not much difference then high percentage check-cashing joints another one of those places contributing to poverty.

I’m over 600 miles away from home and my front passenger side tire went flat. I could not find a 20” tire nowhere. I called RNR they had exactly what I needed. No only that they got me back on the road fast! Thank you!

Richard was very helpful and friendly. We called and got tires put on the very same day which didn’t take long. They offer 6 months same as cash which is great. I highly recommend them!

They highway robbery don't ever get rims or tires from these folks I were told I had 4 months same as cash and coming up on the 4 months I thought I were about to be paid off and surprise it was 3 months so with that said I were teed off and end up paying quadruple for tires only never again will I return if you on a budget stay away if you check to check stay away not for the poor or low middle class folks just save and pay flat out some where else may save you in the long run
