They didn’t have the color of the Hoka that I wanted in Worthington and before I even requested it, they pulled a pair at their Hilliard location and held them. When I got there, they were ready for me at the register and offered me a free upgrade on my Road Runner customer status.
Every associate I encountered along the way helpful and friendly. Refreshing!

Salesman was more interested in selling me custom insoles than finding the right shoe for my feet. I found a list of shoes on the roadrunner web page for my foot issues. I then asked to try on those models. I found a perfect fit without the custom insoles. I was very disappointed in the service.

Did business twice with this location and still impressed by the quality they present to customers. I had bought Brooks shoes for walking/running and wanted a simple shoe to wear around for casual uses. Jake was able to show me a few brands to try and picked a New Balance for my casual wear. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for quality care with their shoe purchases.
