This is my first time ordering online and I have to say the service was great my smoothie was ready when I walked in the door. My smoothie was made amazing
Had the Big Wednesday on early Saturday. Pretty tasty. Staff was pleasant. Only thing was none of the employees knew where the name Big Wednesday came from
Workers are not that bright. Orders take so long you’d be surprised they don’t go pick the fruit their self. Unprofessional they might as well close down because it’s only one within 15miles and i love it when they actually work but that only be 2 days out of the 30 day month. Pick another spot for fruit and smoothies if you have a life and want good service
So I would rate higher because the smoothies are really good granted I get the same each time and it taste different (but still good) but the customer service is horrible. This the third time I been here and every time the staff move slow as molasses. They must forget aome people have to get to work there is no urgency.
Went there today and someone greeted me coming in the door, and then they left me standing at the counter for a couple of minutes and the manager came out and asked me if anyone had helped me, NO they all had their backs turned chatting among themselves instead of simply saying we'll be right with you. Customer service is important to me, and it annoys me when you can't get simple kind customer service. Thanks to the manager for his paying attention.
The owner does not care about employees nor customers. They have the biggest turn over, because she is never in her business and her poor soon is his mothers child, with a little more compassion. But if you can go somewhere else. Do so for a better experience
There is always a line during lunch but what teamwork by all the employees. Great customer service!
They don’t accept reusable cups? The guy told me he had to pour it in a disposable one first, which kind of defeats the purpose. Every other smoothie place has been fine using my cup. Places stopped during COVID, but I haven’t been told that in a while. Even Starbucks allows customers to use reusable cups. Strange policy and bad for the environment. 4 stars because everything else was fine (clean environment, professional and friendly staff, adhered to posted hours, followed recipes, etc.).
Horrible customer service! There were people sitting in there waiting for their drinks. I stood and lie behind this lady for about ten minutes. Neither of us were ever greeted. The 3 workers I could see were too busy talking to each other. I'm not sure if there were any other somewhere else. One girl like she was making drinks. The other girl looked like she was waiting for orders from the one making drinks. I could hear a male voice coming from the back. You could only slightly see him. In the time I was there I never saw anyone Order or receive a drink. There were about seven people sitting with no drinks. I walked out.
So many employees behind the counter (including the GM) but they seem to take longer than it should take to make a smoothie. Smoothies are good but it shouldn’t take ten minutes when there are six+ people behind the counter.
This location has the most employees I’ve ever seen at a Robeks && yet the slowest.
Watermelon smoothie is DELICIOUS! I hope they keep it.but it’s probably seasonal… I’ll be back for more
Ordered an acai bowl. Nobody knew how to make it, instead of telling me they just kept doing smoothie orders. Took 20 minutes and ended up getting a horrible bowl. Go somewhere else.
Waited over about 45 minutes for 2 smoothies after receiving my fig and prosciutto toast, which got cold because of how long I was waiting. They first handed me the wrong smoothie. I pointed it out and they said it was right. I asked someone else, who said it was wrong and remade it. They eventually made my smoothie, but it was missing add on ingredients that I paid for. I pointed it out but I didn’t have another 20 minutes to wait for it to be corrected. This was so frustrating. I love robek’s smoothies, but every time I’ve been to this location, there have always been issues. Ordering online but still long wait times and smoothies made incorrectly. It’s consistently an issue.
Smoothies are good! But they workers are unprofessional. They give attitude and cussing on the line way to much. I’ve been to the one on Som Center, thinking they’ll be as nice & professional as Som center is but they are not! While I was there they was cussing, talking about fighting and so much more. I went again to try to get a different view with maybe a different crew and their actual head manager doesn’t even do anything. All his workers was in the front having fun not paying attention to customer and he walks from the back of this store and goes outside like they wasn’t busy! I recommend you do not go hear unless you don’t mind customer service. I will be calling corporate for this matter as well!
