Robert Half Recruiters & Employment Agency, Akron OH

If you type in “Robert half discrimination” you’ll see everything about this company. This agency is such a joke to me, I’ve applied for many positions within the last year that I was surely qualified for because they were listed on my résumé. Robert half has never and still has never reached out to me when I have applied for probably over 20 positions with them. They called me yesterday saying that they want to put me in the system even though they have nothing to offer me… I said no I don’t want to be a part of anyone’s quota. I’ve read many different articles about the discrimination from this place and many cases and suits filed against them for discrimination. The people who run these establishments who’d really be ashamed.

I don’t want to jump to conclusions but the communication is already looking downhill as far as job opportunities. I applied to another job agency and they’ve already got me sent over to multiple companies and interviews set up. I haven’t heard a lick of anything back from this company, I’ve left messages with multiple recruiters to no avail as well as emails. Although I did get a call back from Emily - we’ll see if she calls me back within the next week as she called me earlier but I was working then when I called back there hadn’t been an answer. People are busy AND people want jobs but there has to be some common ground here. You can’t waste people’s time telling them job opportunities and how good they sound just to not respond. Idk hope all works out but if you’re reading this and need a job ASAP, try EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT PROFESSIONALS. Hope this helps you guys improve the company.

Update 7/7/23: No one has ever called, you call at 5p and the line says they’re closed when the website clearly says 6PM! They keep emailing me jobs, you’re honestly better off not even sending anything because I know you’re not going to get back to me Lol. Which you’ve been sending me jobs since April and it’s now July and I’ve heard nothing. Very sad that you mislead people into thinking they’re going to be safe with you and you’ll help them get employment but you make no efforts. Not really even sure why you’re still in business.

Mark and the SPS Team are amazing. They really helped augment our staff so that we could produce an amazing product. I highly recommend anyone who has a need for staffing, but specifically for me, Software Development help to contact these folks. 10 / 10.
