John (the owner) is very reliable and trustworthy. I had left town for a few years and came back and he fixed my hot tub and I am able to use it now

The older lady in there who I’m assuming is the owner was very rude to me I went to get my water checked and was going to buy chemicals and pretty much said she wasn’t helping me because I didn’t buy previous chemicals from her would definitely recommend going somewhere els
