I cannot speaker higher of a company, their craftsmanship and team. Michael and his team of Hunter, Joe, Jacob, Wheatley, buckle were timely, polite, and most importantly did a great job completing a pretty sizable project that included painting/accent walls. They were great at communicating progress, schedules, and timelines. They made sure I liked every aspect of the work completed! I will strongly recommend Rock Creek to anyone who is looking for painting and carpentry work.

The Rock Creek team (Patrick, Izzy, Hunter, Chaz and Buckles) did an excellent job! They were professional and took great care to protect my home. The entire paint job throughout my house turned out well. I am in love with my new fireplace feature! When it seemed like they wouldn’t finish on time, extra resources and hours were added to cross the finish line. When I pointed out little things to touch up or redo, they did so without complaint. They took pride in the work they did, as they should. Very happy with the result!

Your crew and coordinator Izzy exceeded our expectations. They made some repairs to a door trim that wasn’t in our agreement. The crew came up with some creative detailing where the siding and header board met. A pleasure to do business.

I am disappointed in the quality of work that we were provided by Rock Creek Painting. We recently moved into a new home and wanted a few rooms, doors and trim to be painted as our first big project. We did not hesitate to contact Rock Creek as they came recommended and have had a lot of positive reviews online. They were not the cheapest quote, but we felt comfortable justifying the extra cost knowing we would get a job done right. We were left disappointed with what we got in return. It started when we had some baseboards replaced to start the project. The baseboards we ordered come in 16 ft lengths, but the person installing them had to pick them up in his car, instead of having them delivered by the company, so they had to be cut down to fit into his sedan. This meant multiple seams in the baseboards instead of having one continuous piece on longer walls. This was something I brushed off and looked past as the painting crew was set to start. The crew began a few days later and it seemed like they were rushed throughout the time they were with us. They "wrapped up" on a Friday and clearly everyone wanted to get out. We pointed out several areas to the Project Manager that we had concerns about, (ceiling bumps, missed areas, miss matched paint finish, overall sloppy areas). They said they would come back and finish next week. Over the weekend we noticed more and more issues including patch work that was poorly done. We contacted them over the weekend to explain our concerns and requested a fresh set of eyes so we could explain things. They sent the same crew back and had to redo a lot of the work from the first attempt. After that there were still a few issues, which they did send another team member a third time to address. In the end they did make multiple attempts to fix the issue, but we feel at their price point it should have been done right the first or even second time. I feel like I could have done a better job initially. I am one to give people the benefit of the doubt but there were far too many issues from the start to over look them all.

My experience with these painters was disappointing. Their overall sloppy and rushed work, coupled with the numerous missed areas and lack of attention to detail, made it clear that they were not professionals who took pride in their craft.

I needed a door to my family room in an opening larger than a traditional door but that could not be accomplished by other options. They did a fantastic job and worked me into their schedule when they had a cancellation. I definitely recommend them.
