I recently went in to just “browse, ” as we were beginning our search for a new King mattress. Not at all sure what we wanted and feared the cost of a nice King mattress. I was warmly greeted by Rob, with a huge smile on his face. I could tell that he was smiling underneath his mask by his kind eyes of course. I not only left with a new mattress, but also a new friend. Such a kind and vibrant personality. I look forward to the next mattress we need. Maybe I’ll make it sooner than later! Thanks so much Rob! Joey and Liz are both great. They took their time understanding what we needed and wanted us to stay for as ever long as we wanted to test out the various mattresses.

Stopped in to peruse a new mattress and was welcomed in by Rob and Joe. I wasn't pressured into any purchase or given a bait and switch. Rob was knowledgeable and professional and during our experience found out his nick name is "Star Man" and I can assure you, the name is very appropriate for him. Sale guys was super hyper and very agressive. We had cash in hand but he kept running between us and others in the store. We would have bought while their had great products.

Rob was awesome. I bought a floor model so I was in and out of store in less than a half hour! Rob and Joey had it wrapped and tied to my roof so quickly! Rob is the funniest sales person ever! I took my nephew new mattress shopping and I thought it was going to be a hassle. It was one of the best experiences for the both of us. Rob and Joe made my nephew and I feel like we were in the right place from the first phone call, to entering the store in Parma, to showing us the the different options. Rob and Joe made it an experience that I appreciated. The interaction and communication with my nephew was gratifying and made an impact. My wife and I went to the Strongsville store. Liz knew her stuff, answered any questions we had, was never pushy, and suggested something that greatly helped.

We are side and back sleepers. We would try mattress A on our sides AND back, then switch to mattress B, on our sides AND back, to compare.

Liz suggested we try mattress A on our sides, then switch to mattress B, on our sides, to compare. Try mattress A on our backs, then switch to mattress B, on our backs, to compare. This might not sound like that big of a deal, but it helped a LOT.

We bought the mattress on a Friday. Liz said it would take 7 to 10 days to deliver. There was a mix up with my grandson, who lives out of town, and he came to pick up our old mattress, later that same day.

So now, we have to sleep on the sofa and recliner until the new mattress comes. I call Liz and explain the situation. She tells me she will see what she can do. In 5 days, on Tuesday, they are ready to deliver.

Ed and son, friendly and polite, set up the adjustable base and mattress in 10 to 15 minutes, tops. We couldn't believe how fast they did everything. They put booties on and took them off so they didn't track in the snow. Very careful and professional.
