Rocking Horse Community Health Center, Springfield OH

I completed a clinical internship at Rocking Horse and found the experience to be very educational and rewarding. The staff were welcoming, patient, and exceptionally passionate about their work! If you are in need of healthcare services, they are a wonderful community health center in Springfield that offer a plethora of services.

I truly enjoy the service that I receive from Rocking Horse Community Health Center. Especially from my daughter's therapist, Alicia. She is wonderful in what she does and how she interacts with my daughter.

Love the place and the staff especially! Haven’t had any problems and super helpful. Very clean, quick, and friendly. I love going here!

Very professional, friendly, great with my daughter, and free drive through COVID test. Loveeee RH!

Rocking Horse staff is great, and at anytime you need assistance they always find a way to get you an appointment or do virtual call.

We love Rocking Horse. My boys have attended several of Alicia’s group sessions and she is amazing!

I absolutely love the caring staff at rocking horse me and my kids see therapist there. Myself I see Megan and she's absolutely amazing very caring and a very good listener! My daughter sees Hannah and she does amazing with my daughter and makes her feel safe and secure to discuss her issues with her.my other daughter sees Alisha and Alisha is amazing with her and really supports and listens to her!

Doctor's do not keep appointment times! Apparently I dont have anything else to do but sit in a waiting room all day when they set my appointment for 9: 15a.m.

People are rude and see you as just a number, not as a person. It's a place I wouldnt go to again.

Rocking Horse Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I saw Dr. Ortiz who is very intelligent and provided education about my health and steps to take to be active in my health.

I have had such a great experience with RHC both professionally and personally. I was previously seen by Jennifer Tippy before she left the agency. During the year working with Jennifer she helped me tremendously with my overall health and wellness. I know see Sherri Powell who is very easy to communicate with and is knowledgeable and skilled. She helped make for a smooth transfer of providers. Recently when out of the state I has a fairly urgent medical matter on a Saturday when my providers were out of the office. Cassandra Miller and Dr. Barlage were able to assist with no problem! I am so appreciative of the dedicated staff at the RHC.

Rocking Horse is an awesome doctor's office been taking my oldest son there since 1999! Amazing staff & amazing doctor's, wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!

I went here for medication refillments and was expecting my regular doctor but she was not there which I was chill with that because they told me she had just given birth so they gave me this one nurse named Heather Koster and she says that one of the medicines that I'm on she doesn't like giving to kids my regular doctor has kids and she put me on this medicine I'm pretty sure she knows what she's doing but here comes a nurse saying that SHE doesn't like giving it to kids and so she ended up at the end of my appointment giving me an OBGYN when I came there just for medication refillments! And I never got the medicine refilled DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

They called children services on my daughter because my daughter fed my gson a fast food cheese burger at her doctor appointment. My gson is under weight. My daughter took him there to figure out why. The np was very rude. They didnt do one test on him to see if he has any food allergies or celiac or sugar problems. Gavd her that junk pediasure. Told her he ahouldnt be eating people food at 14 months old. Told her he should be eating baby food. Put him on Enfamil. Which is packed with soy. Soy has estrogen.pediasure has 4.5 tbs of sugar in it. Dont take your kids to this place. They dont a doctor. Just an np.

I really enjoy going to Rocking Horse. The facility is clean and modern. The receptionists and medical staff are friendly and courteous and the atmosphere and facility is spacious and comfortable. One stop shopping for your medical needs. Absolutely a good place. And by the way, I love the place so much I was there a day early. Lol. Still had a great visit though. I visited Rocking Horse today and had a great visit. I was early on the 27th and they put right in. Very friendly and nice and that's everyone. I enjoyed my 2nd visit in as many days. Love the staff. Good job Rocking Horse
