Absolutely the best store customer service I have received in a decade. These people were really knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I do not believe this to be a reputable company. I ordered a pair of boots via their website which did not fit. I returned the boots via Fedex as instructed on their website. Fedex tracking shows the boots were returned to their facility delivered at 4: 56pm on 1/13/2023. To date (1/31/2023) I have not received a credit to my card for the return despite multiple phone calls to customer service. After multiple attempts, on 1/27/2023 I was able to speak with a manager by the name of Javier Barragan who assured me he would research the return and contact me with an update which he has yet to do. At best, this is very poor customer service but at this point I suspect this to be fradulent business practice.

Rocky's boots outlet store. Plenty of parking, very good price on boots and many other merchandise for selection. Veteran discount a plus.

3 story shopping in an beautifully built historic type building. Food served in restaurant area middle store first floor. Not just boots, clothing, firearms, knives and fishing equipment.

Awesome store even just to walk around in or grab a bite to eat. Friendly people an comfortable place

Always enjoy my visits at Rocky Boots. They need to bring back more items for the ladies. But the store overall is great. And I always stop to eat the great BBQ. One of the best in the state. Yum

Great place to shop for any type of boot. Great place to shop for outdoor gear for camping, hunting, grilling etc. Starbrick Bbq is there great menu, food and has great service. With beer and wine.

Great place to buy good shoes. Sales people were on all floors to help when needed. Friendly service.

Although they offer a 1-year warranty on the boots. The warranty process has been impossible to activate. The problem with my boots were simple, the hooks for the laces broke on the boots meaning they can't be tied.
And I have so far been given three phone numbers to call for customer service that no one answers. I have gone into the store to try to find someone to talk to about the warranty or warranty process and was told there was nothing that can be done at the store. That there was no customer service to talk to at the store. And was hustled out of the store without being allowed to speak to a manager. That a phone number would have to be called and that's all that could be done.
You might as well save your sanity and just buy boots at Walmart. Although they will wear out twice as fast. But two pairs of boots from Walmart will still cost less than one pair of boots from Rocky Boots, And without a warranty there is no advantage to the rocky boots. Not to mention you will get a clean pair of boots twice as often.
Please don't mistake me, the boots are not bad boots. The complaint is over the warranty, the customer service, and the general unhelpfulness of the people in the store, and dealing with the process.

Great selection of boots/shoes and outdoor gear. Best deals are on 2nd and 3rd floor, but limited selection and sizes. If you need footwear they have you covered

I placed my order on September 5,2021 for a pair of black Rocky S2V Tactical boots. I paid $179.14 including tax for my order. I still have not received my boots 5 months later. Today is February 2,2022. The estimated arrival date increases by a month every single month, it is now currently set at February 28,2022. By the small chance that it actually arrives, it will have been half a year (6 months) since I ordered the boots. Unfortunately I know for a fact the date will just get pushed back by another month as it always has for half a year now. If you don’t mind waiting for atleast half a year for boots (maybe an entire year, let’s see how long they take, maybe two! The sky is the limit!) then order Rocky Boots.

After notifying Rock Boots of the issue with the boot sole coming completely off, This company stepped up big and replaced the boots. I was initially very displeased with the service, but have been completely surprised at the action by Rocky to resolve this product issue. I now change my review on Rocky to an exceptional company that cares about meeting the expectations of their customers.

Nothing at the Brick an mortor, was even told there today, "Look online", Trouble with that is, "I have to try on". An I have never bought ANYTHING. ONLINE. So I don't know wheather they will fit, ect.

My dad loves to hunt and works outdoors. My family and I come from Columbus to get good deals at a great store with affordable prices and different variety of boots, plus the friendly staff are always ready to help.

Excellent place to bring the kids, for those who outdoorsman and avid hunters alike. You can find a nice gift for everybody and get a great meal at the StarBrick BBQ right on the spot!

Went there for lunch. I was with 4 other fellows. This is a rib joint but they were out of ribs, at noon. I ordered a salid with briskit. Our food was served but no silverware was on the table. We waited and we received forks ONLY! I had to go get some salid dressing from the kitchen. I used my pocket knife to slice the briskit. No salt or pepper was supplied. The food was good and resonably priced, but the service sucked. BTW, you sit in a room full of BOOTS and there is only one unisex bathroom so you must wait in line to wash before your meal or to do anything else! Pretty Sad experence IMO.

Really nice and clean and friendly staff got a pair of boots for work, my last pair lasted my boyfriend 10 years thank you
