Dr Rogers and Jamie were wonderful when I had my denture adjusted. I've always had a good experience at Rogers Family Dentistry. The whole team is so caring and compassionate. I highly recommend this team.

Dental assistant Jamie was informative and professional in my concerns related to my wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Jim reviewed and explained what should be expected, and both took care of all my questions related to the expected recovery time.

Went to this dentist and needed deep cleaning. Paid around $400 up front for the first half to be done. Apparently there was $80 still owed, but they mailed it under my ex husband's name so I did not open it since that is a federal offense to open someone else's mail. Then I got a letter from the dentist office (this one mailed in my name) saying they couldn't see me anymore. I called them and that's when I found out about the $80 bill and immediately called the place they sent it and paid it. Called the dentist back to see if they would see me again and they said I would have to talk to the office manager and send me to her voicemail. 5-6 months later no call back from her and the other side of my mouth that needed done started to hurt. I called back and asked to speak to her and again was sent to her voicemail. When she finally called back she said they wouldn't take me back because I had a bill go to collections even though it was their fault. And she admitted it was their fault, but still said no. Now I have to start at a new dentist when I have major anxiety with dentist and had gotten used to this one. They don't care about the patient there, just the money apparently.

It's probably the best experience I've ever had in a dentist's office. From reception to the chair, including x-rays, evaluation, and treatment plan. This is a family that works together to give anyone that walks through their front door, an experience that makes you want to be a relative and part of their family. Be prepared for professionalism mixed with a dose of care in a welcoming environment.

My second visit was pleasant! Front desk was welcoming and friendly. I was seen quickly and my dental concern was discussed and resolved.

Today I had a sedated procedure done at Rogers Family Dentistry and the experience exceeded expectations (fears?)! The entire staff was excellent — from timely check-in through being escorted to our vehicle when leaving. Even the pinch of IV insertion was smooth!
