Romeo's Pizza, Pickerington OH

My family loves the pizza but this location continues to have problems with our orders. Our most recent order had the stromboli half cooked (not the first time with this item), the pizza was not cut through (crust was stale so that might have contributed), and the breadsticks had no seasoning or parmesan and were over cooked. The crew is very nice and does accommodate when contacted but I dont know if we will be ordering from this location any more.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Our pizza arrived and it was the wrong pizza. Called in and they credited our account to cover the wrong pizza. Started eating and the crust had a very stale texture, like hard but not crunchy? Also the salad was extremely small for the cost. We called and the manager, who quickly offered to refund the whole order, which is fine, but her poor, unapologetic attitude and quick hang up was unappreciated.

Our 1st experience was terrible and a let down with Romeo's pizza of Pickerington. First of all I don't mind paying expensive prices for pizza but when u order a 12" and only 8" has cheese and toppings and they were very skimpy on the toppings (very little). Mostly dough. Very disappointed.

Customer service does not exist here. One of the most important factors of a successful franchise is having the right management. This specific location is undoubtedly lacking this. Tiara was the 'manager' who barely attempted to handle our response to the poor quality food that was delivered to our house. Don't let children run your business! Zero stars.move on to any of the other 100 pizza places in Columbus Ohio.

So we moved to the area a little over a year ago but had been a frequent customer of Combustion (Brewery and Tap Room) which is next door in the same building as Romeo's Pizza. It wasn't uncommon for us to get some pizza, subs or salads more than once a week. If you're not a fan of sauce on the sweeter size you may not love their pizza but I will say that the sauce isn't over the top in terms of being sweet. We (very) rarely have any issues with our order and if we ever do they make it more than right. We've had most of menu items except for the deep dish pizza - at some point we'll try it. Overall prices are a tad high when you load up the toppings but there's usually coupons or BOGO offers on their website. If you're in the area pickup is usually (much) faster than delivery and turn-around is typically about 20 minutes. I don't think we've ever had an inaccurate order when placed through the website or app.

Place is a joke hour late never got a refund once and now 2 hours late we call and we aren't getting our food refund.gotta call at a later date for that! STAY AWAY PEOPLE

The delivery driver with long black hair was very rude didnt give me a chance to tip him before he made a loud out burst of " NO TIP" he tripped over my bushes and went his car. They charged me $21 for a large pizza and everytime I pick up a pizza it's only $12.and he had the nerve to ask for a tip.

I AM DONE WITH YOU! ! I pay for delivery. And the order was wrong as always. So tired of credit just want it right.so i ask for a reorder. After delivery fee and tip I'm Picking UP MY ORDER BECAUSE YOUR DRIVER WONT MAKE IT BACK FOR AN HOUR. Oh yeah and the order is still wrong

Izzabella is a great manager at the pickerington location. Made our visit the best I have ever had! Ask for Izzabella for the best service ever!

Love the pizza and the Capone sauce is amazing. I will keep coming back to this place for life. I recommend Romeo's pizza to anybody and everybody. They are the top pizza place in Pickerington and wherever else they may be.

Absolutely love Romeo's Pizza. The sauce and crust is fantastic. Definitely try to capone sauce if you stop by or order pizza my family loves it. The staff is always super friendly. We will definitely purchase more in the future.

Love this pizza! There is something about the sweetness of the sauce. The cheesestivks taste great and so do there subs. Sorry for the original 1 star. I hit 5 but it must have put 1. Definitely a 5

I ordered a pizza online and I was told it would take 20 minutes. When I got there I was at the 30 minute mark and it wasn’t done. I was told it would be 5 more minutes after eight minutes I asked how much longer and I was just told “soon. I honestly would have waited but three of the staff members were on their phone and there was a pizza sitting waiting to be cut (not mine). I left and just went to the Little Caesars. The pizza isn’t as good but at least when they quote me a time they mean it.

I’m sitting here eating Romeo’s Pizza for the 1st time. I ordered through door dash since they don’t deliver by where I live. I ordered a deep dish and OMG this is so good. The sauce, the hot sauce on the side adds an amazing touch.

Horrible customer service. They do not listen to orders or read instructions when ordering online. Pizza is decent tasting, which is why I ordered a few times but without fail, every single time I order, hoping that with increasing, uncomplicated specification, they will get it right. They dont.they just can't. Your almonds will always be missing, or fewer sauces than you paid for, or cut wrong, or cold, or late, etc. And then promised to make it right and act snobby when requested to fix it. And the requests were always simple like "no bacon please" and tah dah! Bacon. So irritating.

It was good I liked it because they didn't shake all that seasoning green stuff on it like other pizza places do

This is my first time going to Romeo's in years and I completely forgot how great the pizza is. The price for a large pizza is fantastic, especially compared to other places. Good food, great service. Loved the rustic furniture. We'll definitely be back soon.

The staff are awesome, the food is great and they always try their hardest to make you feel like you're the only customer in the city.

The service is just terrible, I ordered pizza and they just couldn't get the order done, I didn't get my pizza after a hour and a half and they still charged me for breadsticks which should have been free, for my inconvenience
